Terrible experience my family and I were completely forgotten about waiting for a table and the two girls working the front were incompetent

I always order the Cobb Salad and as usual, it was absolutely delicious. The portions are smaller, I believe, but it was still more than enough. Service was excellent and always has been. This is one of my favorite places to eat.

Fast and friendly service. Restaurant was clean and food was very good. My closet location in Chesterfield VA has declined so I was expecting a mediocre experience but this Fredericksburg location far exceeded my expectations. Will go back when I'm in the area.

On the evening of Saturday 1/3/26, we found sufficient parking at busy restaurant. We were seated promptly and orders soon thereafter. The menu had many tantalizing offerings. Our waitress, Labrea, was efficient and attentive. She brought hot fries as an appetizer. We ordered the Bacon n Blue, Whiskey BBQ bacon, and Yummy burgers. The burgers came promptly and all were hot and tasty. I recommend the Red Ribin seasoning for the fries. When too busy or tired to prepare one's supper, this is th place to go.

Payment of the meal was accomplished via a Ziosk device. We had 2 devices on our table. One didn't work. After giving up, we found second device and it finally started working. We found the check, first applied a gift card, and then we couldn't proceed to pay the balance. The waitress brought a paper bill that was not ours. I went back to the Ziosk and got it to work. I had the receipt emailed. When I got home, I was emailed that wrong bill. I paid about the same as if paid my actual bill. Hopefully the waitress got her tip. Too screwed up to return 48 hours later. Advise to be very very careful using the device.

It is just ok. The bottomless fries are provided in such small portions that you are constantly trying to order more, but that requires flagging down servers that are trying to do the same thing for all their customers. Burgers are fine but can get pricey. The bottomless floats are where it's at. Same your calories for those. Don't try the wings...not worth it. Salads are fine but also pricey. All in all ..it is what it is...just ok.
