The location on Emancipation Hwy is horrible. Every time we have gone here the food has not been good. Tonight my husband ordered take out and accidentally ordered from this location. When I arrived I waited for 10 mins for someone to greet me. They had 3 tables and were not busy. Finally someone came over and I told her I was there for a pick up order. My order was 30 mins late. When I got home (4 mins away) the food was ice cold, one order was incorrect, and one order was burnt. I tried to call their number to speak with a manager but nobody answered the phone. I would not recommend this restaurant location to anyone! The central park location is good though.

Wow! Utter garbage food! Dont waste your money. Portions are tiny and food is always cold and doesnt smell fresh. Horrible service as well. Good luck. I will never return. My first time is the last time. Quesadilla looks like a 50 cent slice of cheese and a 25 cent tortilla. What a disgrace to the Mexican culture.

Had a private large party that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. I had to ASK for service 3 times before a waitress came in. Drinks were not refilled timely and I frequently had to go out and ask for things, even resorting to getting utensils, napkins, and carryout boxes myself. When I arrived to the room, the tables were not even pushed together for the party size, I had to do it all myself without an employee asking AT ALL if I needed any help. Would not go back. Terrible service and mediocre food.

Horrid service, jacked up the prices and got rid of the white salsa. Used to be my weekly spot haven’t been in months because it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I have been here a few times. Getting them to take your order and getting them to bring a check in a struggle. This is not a problem I gave at their Central Park location. Everything available here seems to have some sort of cream sauce on it. I go because it's convenient, but it never costs less than hour of time.

Used to be my favorite mexican restaurant in the area. Change of management or ownership (not sure which) has changed the food and service significantly. The last three meals I've had there were subpar to say the least. My last meal came out luke warm and I had to ask and wait for a new plate. The taste (chicken enchilada) was bland and seemed undercooked. The new plate came out hotter, but not very hot. Waiter did not understand english well (I had tried to tell him it wasn't hot and he kept hearing that I wanted more spices and couldn't understsand that I was talking about the served temperature not the spicyness). Several items asked for (condiments) were never brought to the table and only when a different waiter could be flagged down did we get what we asked for.

Visited this place on Friday May 17th. At 9pm. We preferred the outside dining and ordered Street Tacos and an awesome tasting Nacho texan (nachos with mixed meat and shrimp) food was awesome but the waiter (young guy) was either new or extremely forgetful. Brought us Drink but NO straws... food came still NO straws. We asked for plates, reminded about the straws and also asked for forks and napkins... long story short straws were brought, but nothing else, we wound up eating straight from the main serving plates, the individual plates never arrived neither did the forks. And what napkins? Horrible Customer service but amazing food. Will definitely be back but taking the food to go.

I placed an order for delivery, via their website, not knowing the delivery was powered by DoorDash. After I placed my order at 5:35pm, I received multiple “confirmation texts” from 4 different numbers regarding my order. The last message received was at 6:40pm that my order was “handed to me.” It wasn’t. I call DoorDash customer service and they confirm the Dasher marked my order as delivered. Then I call the restaurant and the staff tells me the dasher came, waited 5 minutes, then left. I arrive at the restaurant thinking I would simply just pick up my food only to be informed that they threw it out because my dasher left. Mind you, when placing my order via the RESTAURANTS website they ask for a phone number. I received no call or text informing me of this new information regarding a $100 order. Naturally, I’m frustrated because the staff was careless, rude, and refused to refund me. I understand the dasher was at fault but to throw away my food when you had a way to contact me was wrong. After almost 2 hours of dealing with this they finally refunded me the full amount. This was my first and LAST visit to this establishment.
