In our case this was the worst Thai restaurant we have ever been to (Fredericksburg location). Ordered a pick up order. The Chicken Pad Thai- asked for mild and it not only didn’t have any spice but it had no flavor at all. The Chicken Pad see ew (asked for medium and was the same spice level as the pad Thai) was bland in taste. Both barely any chicken in it (few small pieces on top but nothing else). The spring rolls were soggy after a 20 minute drive home.

Maybe since it was take-out, it was a different experience. It was ready on time and the person at the counter was friendly but that is only positive thing I can say about our experience.

We will not be coming back.

In our case this was the single worst Thai restaurant we have ever been to. . . And we have been to authentic Thai restaurants in multiple countries and all over the US.

There was no spice at all…..and we asked for Thai Hot.
The Beef Pad Thai was a disaster
The Spicy Noodles had some oyster sauce, but nothing else.
The Spicy Calamari was soggy, tough and had no taste.

Maybe we got the bottom of the barrel because they knew we were traveling through, it was take-out, at the end of the day, on a Monday….they knew we couldn’t come back to complain.

Stopped in in a road trip and could not have been happier. The food was delicious and ready very quickly. The place was clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Can't wait for another trip through the area to have a chance to stop here again.

Our first time trying Thai food in Stafford, and we were absolutely delighted! Everything we ordered was delicious and beautifully presented. This place definitely has the feel of a local classic; we saw many older folks enjoying their meals, which is always a great sign.
Our waitress was so attentive and made sure to ask how spicy we wanted each dish. It's a small detail that makes a huge difference, especially when you know that Thai spicy can be seriously hot! The Thai iced tea was the perfect remedy for the delicious curry's heat, cooling everything down just the right amount.

I love Saithong as it has the best Thai tea I have ever had in my life and amazing pad Thai dishes and appetizers with a range of option and range of spiciness as well.

7-5-25; still one of the best. One of the best Thai places in the burg. Family owned and the wife puts her heart into the food. Today I ordered two of my favorites. Drunken Noodles with chicken and the Talapia Thai Basil. Of course the appetizer of spring rolls.

Very small amount of food for the price. My “chicken” dish had more noodles than chicken and lacked a lot of flavor. Likely won’t be ordering from here again.
