I order food and the driver could not find my address drove by home a few times and they to me to come get my food and find him I call talk to the manger he says the diver can't see at night and he the only person and he will attempt to have the older to deliver my pizza I was told by another employee the the manger do deliver I asked him to deliver my food insted the older guy that can't see he then gets an attitude. And ask me do I want him to deliver my food I said yes because it doesn't make sense to send one who can't see at night the he says will that's who you going get or I can just cancel your order how about that. Horrible customer service ?... So I had to order somewhere else.

I'm usually a Benny's from downtown fredericksburg pizza guy. My next stop to order would be brothers pizza off plank road. So I decided to give Sam's pizza a try in the same shopping center as Weis and tractor supply. First thing that stands out is price. Buy one pizza get one free. Because of this I wasn't expecting much but it is going in my regular rotation of pizza places in fredericksburg. It's a thicker crust and thicker undercarriage then brothers (which is real NY style). I was really impressed with the pizza taste and price point. I would go its a solid 7.
Parking: Wide open unless the burn boot camp work out mom's are in session.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp on both sides of strip to gain access to sidewalk

DO NOT LET ANY REVIEWS FOOL YOU! Every single time I have ever ate a pizza from this location of Sam’s Pizza And Subs I have gotten a terrible stomach ache hours later and thrown up. THE PRICES ARE LOW FOR A REASON. Do not eat a pizza from here unless you’re ready to get sick.

I buy pizza from Brothers Pizza on Plank Rd. They was closed for the holiday so I went to Sam’s for the first time ordered xtra large get 1 free, no wonder, it was horrible,gave the extra away and trashed the other. Never again ?

Ordered the last few times here for lunch at my office the first time my sub was made incorrectly they added tomatoes when I asked for none. Today was the worst though. My sub was NOT an Italian sub ( witch is what I ordered) it was a ham and cheese with lettuce mayo toasted and the fries were over cooked. My coworkers fries were the same! After paying 31 dollars for food I expected better. We won’t be ordering here again unfortunately.

We have ordered in the past, several times, usually getting the buy one get one pizza which is always delicious; this time I thought we'd give the subs a try, I ordered a large steak, onion and cheese and a large bacon cheeseburger sub----- they did not disappoint! They piled on the steak and onions and were generous with the bacon on the cheeseburger sub----- the bread was perfect, sometimes the bread is almost an afterthought at sub shops, but their rolls were delicious and toasted perfectly. My grandson wanted the chest garlic bread which came with marinara, he said it was perfect and very cheesy! We can't wait till next Friday to get a repeat order! Why on earth would anyone get a fake sub at Subway when you can get the real deal at Sam's?! I have only one request and that would be a little more of the Thousand Island dressing that comes on the cheeseburger sub-----I'll make sure to ask for extra next time. Great food, ready right on time! Thanks guys

We had a kids party yesterday and ordered 10 pizzas. They said they would be ready at 5:30 and they were. Brought them home, opened them up, fresh, hot! Everyone loved it (yes, even the adults!). Thanks Sam’s!

I made an online order for four pizzas and they were ready within 20 minutes. The pizza was better than I expected, especially for it being a BOGO deal. I definitely recommend Sam's over any of the big pizza chains.

So to open up this comment the food was cold. I ordered a calzone and the cheese was not even melted I could see they used shredded cheese because it wasn't melted. I ordered mozzarella sticks and the cheese was not even cooked all the way. The food was flavorless and my sub looked like someone put their fist into it. Don't go here go to another save your money.
