“Traveling through Fredericksburg, VA and needed a little something to fill my belly. Sonic Drive-In was the perfect thing. The wait time via the drive thru was minimal, so we jumped into line. Was surprised to see a sign that stated “cash only.” Wasn’t bothered by it since we had cash and we placed our order. After a minimal wait time we were at the window to get our food and pay. The cashier was “very” pleasant, courteous and apologetic about the “cash only” option for the drive thru. Apparently, Sonic was a victim of the global outage by Microsoft systems software that only affected their drive thru lane only. While we were happy to pay via cash, the cashier was gracious and thanked us for being SO understanding. Total visit was a 100 out of 10, on all levels. Would come back again, and again for this level of customer service experience. Enjoy!“
“We ordered through uber eats, and the driver brought us the wrong order. We called the store after getting our refund, and Steven answered the phone. He was so polite and so helpful. He told me to tell the next delivery driver to ask for him specifically, so that he can make sure we get the correct order. I appreciate Steven's professionalism and assistance!“
“This Sonic is close to home, but they never have app ordering on, and as someone who mainly goes for drinks that means I don't get app pricing. I eventually gave up and started going to the location in Southpoint, it's further away but at least the app works there.“
