The Asian lady with the black glasses frames is extremely short , RUDE , and disrespectful. If suggesting someone cancel their entire order instead of saying the price of a menu item is your method of going about things, sales probably isn’t the best career option for her.

Literally the most disgusting milkshake I've ever had. I think the cheesecake flavor was rotten, it tasted like curdled milk. I almost threw up it was warm and nasty. I was so grossed out I didn't even go back. I believe they are storing in warm places.

My entire family ended up with stomachaches and some of us threw up when we got home. Request a public and environmental health inspection at this location.
We also purchased 2 strawberry cheesecake milkshakes in which one tasted right, but the other tasted rotten. The employee proceeded to say, “We get that a lot about those milkshakes.” If there’s been multiple customer complaints already, then what is management doing to fix this. Perhaps due to the lack of maintenance checks on equipment or public health and food inspections are lacking.
Topping the scales at 700 calories is the “Double Queso Smasher”…it has 2 angus patties, 2 slices of American cheese, white queso, tortilla strips, sliced jalapeño, diced onions, Southwest sauce on a potato bun.

Every time there is an issue with the people who work in this restaurant, they are rude and sometimes they are not even busy and don’t even care about taking my order that I have to leave to the next closest Sonic restaurant. Don’t bother to ask for a cup holder or anything simple, they just ignore you and don’t care.

This is the absolute worst sonic I go to. I stopped going for about a year hoping upon my return there would be a change in the level of service but to no avail. Sonic, you need to support your staff or get new people. The quality in them is nonexistent.
