Topping the scales at 700 calories is the “Double Queso Smasher”…it has 2 angus patties, 2 slices of American cheese, white queso, tortilla strips, sliced jalapeño, diced onions, Southwest sauce on a potato bun.
Sonic has definitely fallen off when it comes to food... Their burgers are sometimes flavorless and just don't taste right with other toppings on them and their fries are not that great but the service was awesome....
Traveling through Fredericksburg, VA and needed a little something to fill my belly. Sonic Drive-In was the perfect thing. The wait time via the drive thru was minimal, so we jumped into line. Was surprised to see a sign that stated “cash only.” Wasn’t bothered by it since we had cash and we placed our order. After a minimal wait time we were at the window to get our food and pay. The cashier was “very” pleasant, courteous and apologetic about the “cash only”...
