Sonic Drive-In

Absolutely POOR service. Total rudeness and a total AMATEUR hour!!! Started when attempting to place an order into the drive thru speaker and a whispering, hardly audible male voice that seemed overly confused and preoccupied. I had to order and reorder and reorder the exact same things, and ended up screaming into speaker. Then a female voice interrupted the intermixed whispering male voice, and I had to reorder yet again. How CONFUSED! I then learned from the female voice that customers no longer can order Route 44 cups of water with heavy ice because - oh my gosh - she said even if it was paid for it, Sonic would then have to offer it to all customers. To top it off, Sonic then messed up the overcharged $5.66 (!!!) Route 44 size for an UNSWEETENED ice tea, and it didn’t end there. Instead of handing me back my change the whispering male distractedly looked away from me and then dropped the 44 cent to the pavement beside my car. In response to my call out, he looked down at the pavement, appeared even further confused and stated it was just a penny.

As expected for a sonic location.

It's good. I love using the app and getting a discount. Only thing is if you check in and the outside is closed they just let you sit there with no idea why your food is taking so long. Manager came off rude AF but apologized later.

Really unique place .

The staff isn't friendly. It's like they are just there to do their job and don't make you feel welcomed. The server is dealt with didn't speak or great me with any type of enthusiasm. They are always busy playing and talking which is why they can't pay attention to their customers. Seems like a lot of young folks working there. It's the same experience every time the last 4 times. I thought it was just a shift thing but it's not. The food doesn't even taste the same and I used to love Sonic.

Quick and fast service. Bathroom was a little dirty. The car hop was friendly

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. The Philly had great flavor and was very moist. The onion rings were a bit sweet for my taste, but the fries were good. Not a bad price for the food you get.

There was a mess up with my order and the manager Crystal was so kind and helpful when it came to fixing it!

We stopped by last Friday. The young man taking or order was not polite. We ordered burgers, fries and tater tots. When we got home, the container that the fries were in was turned upside down and the fries were mixed in with the tots and in the bottom of the bag. Please provide better customer service.

Always love this location. Never have a problem and everything is always great and always been right

Saturday 2/22 purchased a cheeseburger and choked on plastic that was about the size of lettuce. Has completely destroyed my trust in sonic or any other restaurant, makes me not want to eat out anywhere ever again. The manager came to get the receipt with my husband and dint show any empathy.. was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a sonic location and will not be coming back.

The food was OK not great not bad just OK

Absolutely worst Sonic I have ever been to. Half the stalls not working with no signs saying so and getting yelled at over the speaker to go through the drive thru. Food, horrible. Tasted like old grease. Not worth your time to go here, especially not a 20 minute drive for a 'treat'. Never again Sonic.

stopped by the drive thru after being recently sick. i was wearing a mask as to be conscientious of others and not risk getting anyone else sick. after receiving my order and beginning to pull away, the older lady with a raspy voice shouted to her coworker, “i thought covid was over!” since she thought i couldn’t hear her. seems like being courteous is a foreign concept to her 🤔 no surprise there as my drink was sloppy with sticky soda all over the outside of the cup. hopefully in the future the employees will keep their ignorant comments to themselves and instead focus on producing better quality products for paying customers.

This one is in an odd lot so I was nervous parking. Food was good but the location isn't scenic and it's tight.
