My wife, son and I love Sonic. I hate to even have to write this review but this is the 3rd time we have received sub par Sonic food. In today's journey we drove up to the window after ordering and they didnt have our order ready. We ordered a meal 2 large mozzarella sticks and a drink. They served 2 cars behind us before they got our food to us after waiting about 8 minutes and it was cold. On top of the poor quality today it was the second instance of us having to remind them of providing something to us. Specifically today the drink. Hopefully you all can turn it around!

They have a sign that says 1/2 price drink when you use app. I used my app, paid full price plus it took them over 10 minutes to bring 1 drink.
Be careful, Sonic is now a scam.

I stopped in from out of town. It's definitely been a while since I visited a sonic. I got 2 meals the tender meal and the number 3 a sandwich combo.
The tenders were sweet and tasted like French toast. I also subbed and got onion rings which consisted of a two globs of rings that had little ones inside and they were also sweet like French toast. The atmosphere was great I ate in my van.
Needless to say THIS sonic is NOT I repeat NOT worth going to.

App doesn't work, have removed almost all odering stalls. Impossible to get mobile app to work at mobile app picup stalls.Waste of time no convenience.

We drove out of our way to try the new menu items. Everything in our order was wrong. Got none of the new items. One person ordered no bun but got one. Service was slow. Personal taking the order kept repeating everything incorrectly. Many of the order kiosks were out of order. This place was trash.

Very slow service, milkshake was really runny after asking for thick. Customer service was good.
