I placed a mobile order today at 9:43 am while I was parked in a carhop space and immediately checked in with my stall number. I saw my name pop up on the screen. At 9:55 am I pressed the button at the carhop to say I haven’t received my order. Before I could speak the lady answering immediately said “Your recharger will be right out.” I waited five more minutes before going through the drive thru to get my drink. The lady at the drive thru claimed it showed I never checked into my spot. I left Sonic at 10:10 am. It took 27 minutes to get my drink when they weren’t busy at all. It was ridiculous I had to wait that long for my drink and it tasted watered down, I assume from the long wait. Terrible service!

I’m literally making this for you because I’ve been here for 30 minutes and have enough time to so thanks for letting me wait my soul to find out that you guys actually aren’t using salts for pick up and then I have to come to the drive-through and I ordered before everybody got here And had to drive through the area after everybody was already served just to not be able to put in my notes that I needed RIP to a good Monday

Terrible service, didn't put my food i ordered in the bag and when I went back instead of a 5 piece tender which I ordered I got a 4 piece and soggy onion rings.

It's a sonic. They are pretty good as far as far food goes. I think I have only got my order wrong 1 or 2 times here. And it wasn't even serious it was something small and easy for me to fix. As opposed to other chains that get the order completely wrong. Last time I got the bacon cheeseburger toaster and tots with a cherry coke. I was hungry but I didn't want a lot of food. And everything was great.

Went through the drive thru and ordered dinner for the wife and I, I informed them I'm allergic to cumbers so please no pickles on my burger. I get home and fine out they still put pickles on my burger.

This Sonic crew is Amazing!! They were patient, kind, attentive, and over all awesome human beings! They catered to my Special needs class, helping them practice life skills such as ordering, paying, and social interaction with waitstaff. My class had a positive learning experience.

Today we took our special needs kids on a field trip there and the staff was so accommodating they were patient with our kids as we were teaching them to order and pay for themselves. The staff was amazingly patient and helpful.

Always visit Sonic when I'm in the Fredericksburg area! Love the food even though the sandwiches have been a little overcooked the last few times. I'll still continue to go there

Parking lot is dirty every time I've been there, and I am pretty sure the entire staff are incompetent. I've been to this location 5 different times on different days and times of the day, and not once have the staff gotten my order correct. I've gotten charged for drinks I didn't order, ive gotten my drinks incorrectly made, there were times my drinks were so overfilled that the drink was spraying out of the top lid all over the interior of my vehicle and all over the outside of the vehicle all over the paint. Not one person has done anything properly at this location. My wife deleted the app, we will never be back. 5 tries is enough. I've had it.
