I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The space felt cramped, and the service was painfully slow. It took over 30 minutes just to receive an appetizer of chips and salsa, and nearly an hour before our meals finally arrived. Unfortunately, the food itself was underwhelming—barely seasoned and lacking in flavor. To make matters worse, the cashier seemed disengaged and kept giving our table nasty looks, which made the atmosphere even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this restaurant.

Cozy, friendly hole-in-the-wall! Lots of options, and the staff is knowledgeable of the menu. Can’t go wrong with anything you order - it’s all very tasty! We loved the machete and their salsa. We recommend sharing the chicharronera as an appetizer to share. Will be back!!!

Got 3 Tacos, highly recommend all 3! Cameron frito: lightly battered fried shrimp, yum! Michoacano (with steak) and lengua were also amazing.
Free 2 hr street parking easy to find (side streets) for a Tuesday afternoon lunch.
I ate the food too fast to remember to get a picture. Will be returning. I only wish it were bigger so more people could enjoy at once.

Food was delicious and filling for a reasonable price! The space is very small but I saw there's a second location so that might be good to try if this one is full. The staff are knowledgeable about ingredients in their dishes. My husband and I felt safe ordering without concern for meat broth hidden in rice or beans. Beans are all vegetarian friendly.
