Servers and staff are more interested in socializing amongst themselves. Having to go ask for drinks and then still not having anyone walk over to take an order is ridiculous. If you walk up to the bar to ask the bartender they will walk away despite there being next to no one else to serve. The food is either overcooked or undergone depending on how distracted the kitchen staff is. I'm sorry if this establishment under pays or under appreciates their staff but if you're there to do a job then do the damn job. If you're unhappy with it then leave and go work somewhere else. Zero accountability and a total waste of money. We have tried to revisit and every time it's steadily gotten worse. Go elsewhere for bowling, food, and arcade games.
The location is terrific and it's a large area inside connected to the movie theater on the other side.
We took our 8 year old grandson on a Friday afternoon and it was a little over $80 dollars for 2 adults and 1 child to bowl for an hour. We also ordered lunch, which came to about $58.
We had a great time with our grandson but the place was completely empty and I'm guessing it's the cost. Way too expensive for an afternoon out. No military or senior discount.
Word of Advice - Check to see how many games are working and watch the tickets that you earn. Went today and did three $25 cards. My card alone i should have had 398 tickets, but only 31 showed. And that was from the game that the sooner was broken. They wanted to give me a credit, but why am i going to go back when 1) many of the games were not working for whatever reason and 2) the tickets are not being added. It's a waste of money.
Extremely overpriced and mediocre food
You can get better food at a gas station
13$ for 4 tiny burnt jalapeno cheddar bites?
0/10 for food
2/10 for service
This place is disgusting and no help!! Broken machines everywhere and lousy service! Took my family elsewhere to bowl! Save yourself the trip and bowl elsewhere!
I just entered the establishment for the first time and a young lady was present along with a young man at the cash register. I immediately walked in with a party of 5 and inquired about the price several times. also stated it's my first time at the establishment. The young woman stated the price then asked if we were paying cash,We repeatedly answered her several times yes we are . She then stated only one register were available for cash transactions. We responded and stated that's fine, she then responded and stated we have to wait for the family to finish their transaction first. Now when it's our turn she changed the price and then stated because the price changed after 1 minute over there time frame. She then immediately stated she was getting the manager. When the manager arrived ,I explained to him the situation he then tried to be dismissive and did want to hear what happen only tried to offer a discount while being rude. I informed him I'm leaving this review as well then I exited the premises with my party of 5. Very unwelcoming!!!!
I hadn't bowled in over ten years. I'm 64 and figured I'd go give it a try on my own since I had a double hernia operation back in September 2023 and I thought that would improve my ability to bowl. I showed up here yesterday and asked how much to bowl. What? $25 for 30 minutes? $50 for an hour? Outrageous but I figured since I was already here I paid for 30 minutes. I got up there and delivered my first ball and went down hard on one knee. There was gum on the bottom of my bowling shoe. Then I noticed there was several spots of dried gum on the lane where the balls come out. I changed shoes. They kept the clock running. While I managed to very very quickly bowl three games in the allotted 30 minutes I did not enjoy one second of it. Even with the different set of shoes my foot kept sticking on delivery. So EVERY ball I rolled I was expecting to be halted in my tracks and and pitching forward so I ended up delivering most balls from a mostly upright position. WHICH IS NOT HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED FOR MOST PEOPLE!! I pointed out the gum to the girl and she seemed very dismissive. Too expensive ($8.33 per game and I felt rushed the whole time) and a lousy experience on top of it. Lucky I didn't have to use the bathroom during that time. The restroom would have cost me about 83 cents a minute to do so and I would have lost out on bowling time.
Great choice for a family fun time!! Recommended!! Very good atmosphere! Would be 5 stars if we had a waiter for food and drinks. Instead, you have to go to the bar and order. In my opinion, the are loosing sales opportunities.
Black Friday- busy place, good for them! Charged full price for arcade games when more than half were broken and couldn’t be played. Managers said “they were waiting for parts”. Would have been nice to know lol good for penny lanes for getting that money!
Awesome people Awesome place.

You seat yourself so the hostess/waiter doesn’t know that you are there. They have no system to determine how and when to serve people
Employees were nice. But almost every time we’ve come to this location it’s either a 45 minute wait or the lanes breaking every 10 minutes. Its also comically overpriced when you can get a better experience 10 minutes away with working lanes and an extra 20 dollars in your pocket.
My family always has an enjoyable time bowling here.
Pricey but fun
Wonderful Day
