This Starbucks seems to be unusually well run. It's clean, fast and the staff is always friendly. Great place to study or get some work done.

Two of my drinks were messed up and they gave me a cup that’s leaking so that drink was gone by the time I got home. This place is usually chaotic and the drinks are usually rushed, but today took the cake.

Today on Columbus Day the rudest person ever is working. Normally zero issues at this place, but today whoever was working the register should find a new line of work.

One of the best Starbucks I have been in over the years. Friendly staff. I recieved multiple greetings and even thanked by name before I departed 20 mins later just on my 1st visit to this location. Each time I have revisited, they all greet. Very efficient. I even heard the lead state they are shooting for 30 seconds on one thing and 50 seconds on another. Clean location were I have observed multiple wal thrus of the area to ensure cleanliness and stocking of items.

I was charged full price for an iced horchata oatmilk shaken espresso and only got a little over 1/4 cup of the beverage because I didn’t want ice in my drink. I was told by a female employee that I will be charged extra for milk if I wanted a full cup! And instead of the cheese croissant I ordered, I was given a ham and cheese croissant!😒

I just left this Starbucks because a WHITE employee came to the outside sitting area to tell a black man that was there with a child that he couldn’t be there consuming food from another establishment. I understand this maybe the policy but the way the employee approached him was tactless and apprehensible. He claimed it is because of their CEO but come one now the CEO was not there in that shift making coffees. He told the man he had less than 2 minutes to leave or he would call law enforcement. The man left without a fight and I left because I do not wish to be in that kind of environment.
