I've been coming to this Starbucks to do school-work, etc. for about three years on and off and every time i've been the staff is always so kind and the timeliness is always great! I've never had any issues with my order and the one time I tried something new and didn't love it, they were very accommodating and made me a new drink for free! Rachel has always been so welcoming when I come in and I overall love the atmosphere, service, and the drinks at this location!

This location is usually really good with the exception of the barista in a flannel shirt and bandana who ignored me when I walked in, she did not say 'Welcome In' to me, but did say that to every other customer. She also made a point to walk around from the drive thru and give me a very mean look. I don't know this person outside of this building. I am a paying customer trying to enjoy my day and do not appreciate the blatant disrespect I received from this girl. She also did not say 'Have a nice day' to me when I left, but did say that to every other customer leaving. The service here is always good and friendly with the exception of this one person. But since they want to keep her on the schedule I will take my money somewhere else.

The drink I received was alright. Sometimes, I feel as though the caramel crunch frap tastes different each time i get it, but it's never been bad. The employees are always super cheerful, although sometimes they do a lot of talking to each other over the customers but not always. Overall I do keep doing back and it's not a bad place for a quick chat with friends.

There are always these twoAmazing guys who work on the mornings. They both work so hard and one who works through everything was feeling ill (older guy) I hope he feels better. Him and that guy are a great team!It sucks that there hours say 6am open but when I arrive doors are closed bc they are understaffed . Always in the morning. Like right now I have a mobile order and the girl told me to wait outside in the cold sheesh

I'd like to give you a better rating, however all I can think about is how I had to commute this morning with sticky hands due to half of my Caramel being on the outside of my Caramel Macchiato. Service can be the best in the world....but the sticky hands and cup is what left an impression.

It's Starbucks you know? Pretty consistent food service atmosphere experience ... what's not to like? This place is actually pretty busy and it had a lively atmosphere. Definitely NOT the worst place to hang out for a couple hours to get some work done! ? Staff is friendly, courteous, and respectful of your time even when they are busy. Not the first time I've hung out to do work, and certainly won't be the last.

I love this store but who ever made my grande apple crisp macchiato with salted cold foam at cafe on October 16th at 5:22, did terrible. They were bare minimum with the cold foam which everyone knows is the best part, don’t be skippy with the cold foam!!!! ITS LITERALLY THE BEST PART. The drink wasn’t the same as how I usually get it, morning staff is the best and even when they are swamped they make the best drinks ever, shout out to the lgbtq staff because they are the ones who put the most love, effort, and pride in my drinks! Praise them for their amazing work and customer service, and theo if I’m getting the name correct, I usually see him in drive through. :)
