Stopped at this particular store because i was in town from Florida. Asked for a GTF Green tea frappuccino. Didn't realize its been changed to matcha frappuccino. The girl on register didnt get it and called the shift over and had to explain to her what I wanted. She wasn't very pleasant. Wont be visiting that starbucks anymore. Former/retired Starbucks Partner.
I got exceptional service today from Anthony. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly made my order and had a very positive attitude. He’s certainly an asset to the team there. Please reward him, his level of customer service is outstanding! Thank you.
Visited 6/18/24 ordered Dragon Fruit Lemonade. It was delicious ?. I like going to Starbucks to relax or work. Very nice pleasant environment. No issues. The service was great.
