Picked up my app order- 1 venti cold brew with horchata cold foam. They must have not felt like making the cold foam because it's 1/8 of an inch thick. Like I paid extra for cold foam guys. Why?? Starbucks, come on.

I’ve been coming here all the time no issues but this will be the Third time I came and received a wrong drink. First he gives me a hot instead of iced like I asked… then he comes with the iced wayyyy too much creamer the taste of the expresso is gone and I’m so frustrated because I can’t sit there all day for them to get it right when I have to be at work 😫😫😫

This Starbucks has the nicest staff of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are genuinely so fun and kind and I look forward to my morning Starbucks each day. I have not come across a single staff member that has been rude and I really feel like they go above and beyond to be kind to people. (Special shout out to the 2 baristas who helped me kill a spider on my car. You guys are real ones haha)
I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered the new vegan falafel pocket, but was mistakenly given a pita filled with meat and cheese — despite the bag being labeled correctly. As an ethical vegan, this was extremely upsetting. Beyond personal preferences, mistakes like this can be dangerous for people with allergies or dietary restrictions. I tried contacting the store for a refund, but the line was continuously busy, so I will be reaching out to corporate. I sincerely hope Starbucks takes steps to prevent incidents like this in the future.

I have never had a worse customer service experience ever in my life. Lady on window with a cheetah print hair wrap and piercing was unbelievably disrespectful. Laughing when I pulled to the window then told me I was muffled so I spoke up, which she clearly didn't like, she proceeded to give me attitude and disrespect. As I pulled up to the window she didn’t speak at all. I told thank you got no response then as the window was shut in my face I told her have a better day. Her customer service was shocking to me. She must have had a bad day but she shouldn’t be on window if that is how she is going to serve loyal customers.

My husband and me have visited Starbucks (very close to Town Centre Fredericksburg at Plank Road) yesterday for the 3rd time now and every time we came into this Starbuck we were a little shocked by how dirty it was there ! We are tourists ( our daughter lives here ) and we have been to many Starbucks around the world but we have never been to any which was as dingy as this one ! Every time we entered this coffe-shop the tables were not cleaned at all and we always had to ask for cleaning the table ! Yesterday it was even worse:“coffebeans where on the floor, so that I was just waiting for somebody to slip on the beans and hurt himself !“ Nobody from the staff made the impression to even care about it ! The staff was actually friendly, and apologized for not having cleaned the table before. Nevertheless I would urge to train the staff there to better clean the tables regularly and watch to floors for dangers !!! Just want to help improving this coffe-shop !
