I order the same thing everyday, it for the most part tastes the same the sweetness will differ. The last month at this specific store my order has been not right. Today my drink is terrible I can’t even drink it. I’m not sure if it’s newer employees not looking at the customers customizations on a drink or what it is but I didn’t use to have this problem at this location till this past month ever drink I have gotten was off. Today’s was terrible I poured it out and wasted my money. I hope some training happens soon or I’ll just stop coming to this location.

Update 11.20.25:
There are only two reasons a customer might receive foam after specifically requesting no foam:

The team has not been properly trained, or

The barista is unwilling to take the extra steps such as steaming additional milk, using a spoon to hold back the foam, and skimming the top to fulfill the request.

When customers are paying $7.00 for a coffee, it is reasonable to expect that their order be prepared exactly as requested.

PLEASE teach you staff what NO FOAM means, PLEASE.

Over the past several months, I experienced a deeply concerning pattern of misconduct, leadership failure, and false accusations at this Starbucks location.

My initial issue was simple: a poorly made $10 Matcha that needed to be remade. Instead of correcting a 60-second mistake, a shift manager escalated the situation, spoke aggressively, and threatened to call the police when I calmly declined to move my vehicle into an overcrowded lot. I left without my drink and without a refund.

Corporate later apologized and agreed the situation was mishandled—asking me to refund the order and offering free coffee as well.

Today, when I returned months later and ordered inside, the store manager, Ryan, approached me in front of other customers and accused me of being “violent,” “hostile,” and causing a scene during that prior visit—despite not being present when it occurred. He admitted he never reviewed the store’s video or audio footage but banned me solely on “employee statements.” He refused to hear my side, showed no concern for my experience, and acknowledged training his team to “stand together against customers” rather than take accountability for mistakes.

Was in town on a business trip and while on a business call and working on my computer i was approached by the shift leader with long hair glasses and caucasian who refused to provide his name. This gentleman was extremely rude and unprofessional demanding we order or leave. When advised the order would be placed once the called ended he walked away. A few minuetes he returned advising i must order now or leave cause he was calling the police. So as veteran i sat patiently till the police arrived. Was advised that we looked suspicious and for that the police was called. I was the only latino with the lobby and i was looking suspicious. Totally profiled by this individual. Would not recommend this location or any starbucks to anymore moving forward.

Simply asked for an Americano in my personal cup. Cup was given back because it had ice in it. Barista looked in the cup (a stainless yeti) like it had roadkill in it, refused to pour the drink she had made in a plastic cup, got the Manager to come and tell me they won't serve me in a dirty cup. Apparently several hundred other Starbucks will, don't even bother with this one.

I come here to study and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The workers are all nice and helpful. Whereas some Starbucks are iffy on the quality of their drinks, I’ve never gotten a bad drink here.

This place has not customer service whatsoever. I asked for a paper back. They refuse to give it, and they excuse was that they are not a mom and pop, coffee Shop.

The baristas here are super friendly and make amazing drinks. It is often very busy and you might have to wait but usually they get through the line very fast. Last time my drink was not made correctly but everyone makes mistakes and they apologized and quickly remade it.
