I just wanna start with the fact that I've never in my life been treated worst in any food service industry, it's crazy that they're even working there(the employee at the window). I get it's a new location and all with new staff that honestly is just straight up disrespectful. Just because I didn't know the terms in which you're supposed to order a coffee does not give you the right to LAUGH ABOUT IT. It was my first time going to a Starbucks and well I wanted a coffee so I asked for a hot coffee, the lady that was taking my order LAUGHED then said their hot coffee machine was broken then proceeded to offer me an americano which I would've been okay IF SHE HADN'T LAUGHED AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous, I doubt I'll ever be coming here again. This happened today(2/18/2024) in the evening.

Never had such a terrible barista. Wawa and Dunkin have better coffee. I got a Carmel macchiato it was all cream no taste I came back and asked for a remake and bought another for my mother. Both tasted once again like straight milk so I had to come back AGAIN and with no empathy or apologies got a refund and the manager blamed it on the machine this was at 240 on 2/10/2024 won't ever come to this location again

Standard starbucks feel. thankfully, this starbucks is relatively quiet due to its location.Note, I will say that i have received a couple Cold Brew with Cold Foam (my go to) that have been make a little wonky... but this starbucks is new so i will give them a break on that.Over all its a standard Starbucks. Larger parking lot, easy to get larger vehicles in and out.

My bride and I both ordered "specialty" drinks off the menu without any add-ons or special requests for the drinks to be modified. Both of our drinks were on the bitter side, and not much of the flavors came through within the scope of ordered beverages. Employees "happily" remade them... same as 1st round. Meh, I don't know... how does an iced shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso end up tasting like bitter coffee diluted with oat milk on ice without any hint of brown sugar? (I murdered actual name, but you every day Starbucks going double and triple pumpers get the gist of it)Parking: Don't even think about bringing a vehicle with a trailer or that has limited steering radius into their parking lot... it is tight, and being a store open only for a couple weeks, the curbs are marked up pretty well with tire rubs. Park in front of store which is the rear of Weis's parking lot. Your welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA wheelchair accessibility with a couple of van sized parking spots.

For a new store it shouldn’t have the issues it has. Visited several times as I liv around the corner. Hot drinks do not taste as requested (peppermint, etc.). Breakfast food is messy and is normally off the bread. It is a hit or miss to get my food as desired.
Amazing Starbucks with excellent customer service! A thousand times better than the customer service at the newly opened Dunkin' down the road. I got what I ordered in impeccable timing. I recommend the gruyere egg bites and the hot mocha latte.
