I sent my order to the wrong store mistakenly and they not only fixed it for me, but the cashier called the other store for me to correct the situation. They (Starbucks employees) DO NOT often do that for you.
We got peppermint mocha latte and chai tea latte with carmel. Drinks were made to perfection. However, I used the restroom and it was dirty.

The drink was as expected, service however was lacking. Person that took my order wasn't very engaged, to the point I had to repeat my order 3 times before he "got" it. And, wasn't a hard order...Venti gingerbread latte, hot.

OMG! After driving three hours today, I made a pit stop to one of my favorite places for a caffeine fix, STARBUCKS! I wasn't familiar with the area and had no idea I would find one of the friendliest Starbucks I had ever visited!! We were greeted by multiple staff and the young man behind the register immediately made it a point to get to know us beyond just taking our orders. He was personable and a great sense of humor! We teasingly gave him a bit of a hard time over some seasonal goodies that were on sale. We grabbed a table and sat a few minutes enjoying our coffee and conversation, occasionally giving a shout out to that young man as we continued to tease him, which he took in stride and he would take the opportunity to ask us additional questions about ourselves, our trip, family, Christmas plans etc. What caught me off guard was the completely unprompted act of kindness that the young man surprised me with before we left!! Andy, THANK YOU for that gift of kindness that you showed! You'll probably never realize how much it meant to me. "It's the little things in life" that matters most!!! I'll never forget you and you are unofficially one of my adopted children. Thank you for putting a smile on this old grandma's heart today! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Really nice, friendly location off Plank Rd close to 95. The staff is always very cheery and the restaurant and restrooms are very clean. Nice, quiet location to have a drink, do work or pick up. Usually do pick up here and they've never gotten an order wrong.
This is by far the BEST Starbucks location within 50 miles! The staff are warm and friendly, the drinks are perfectly made each and every time. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
This location is crazy fast and always accurate with your order. Best one in the area

By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I go out of my way to go to this one specifically. The baristas here are some of the nicest, warmest, and friendliest people I’ve ever met. Their kindness always brightens my day, especially as a stressed-out Uni student. The service is always fast as well! Five stars across the board!
I go to Starbucks way more than I truly want to admit, but it’s always a good experience at this specific location. I’m really writing this review because of my most recent interaction with the baristas. Two days ago I called because something was just “off” to me with my drink. I called to discuss my concern with the team and with the upmost concern and respect I was told I could return the next day to get another one. This was on Tuesday…I was able to stop in today, explained my situation and for the life of me couldn’t remember the exact name of the drink I tried because it was my first time getting it. As busy as they were the barista took my order, helped me figure out what it was and finished it quick fast in a hurry. It’s the little things that are much appreciated especially nowadays in their industry. This is always my go to Starbucks ?
