When I went in there were at least 5 employees. Their focus was only on the drive through. It took me 5 minutes to get a cup of coffee after being completely ignored. I suggest if this is the way I was treated they should shut down the store for walk in traffic and only offer service through the drive in. I am very unhappy with the situation.

I live off Warrenton road. There is a Starbucks less than a mile from my house. I travel to this Starbucks because of the fast service and politeness! The last 2 times I’ve had a male at the drive thru I’m not used to seeing. Today I gave him a $20 and the rest to be on my card. It was less than $2. My husband doesn’t want us to use our debit cards at drive thru a because we had our account hacked and we had to freeze the account. I noticed I had handed him the wrong card so wasn’t sure it would even go thru (not about the money at all) I said oops I gave you the wrong card. His response was “uh it’s a little too late for that” I was like oh idk if it’ll go thru he said “well it did so if someone’s upset just pay them back $1.56” just really caught my off guard and was rude. Makes me so sad because I loved this Starbucks. I won’t be returning.
