Bad experience yesterday morning. I visit this location a few times a week and every visit could go wrong or right. Yesterday I ordered a matcha with raspberry syrup and oat milk and when I got to the window the barista asked if I wanted raspberry or brown sugar in the matcha and I told her raspberry and she immediately says “dang it!” When I’m being handed my order my matcha is bright green. I know the drink is wrong because I’ve order the same drink multiple times every week since the raspberry drop. I let the cashier know my drink was supposed to have raspberry and he tells me it’s in there. I try the drink and it’s just matcha. There’s not even oat milk in the drink. I tell him there’s no raspberry because it would be a greyish brown color and it’s bright green. He even tried handing me a different matcha drink but I knew it wasnt mine. We have a little back and forth then the barista who asked if wanted raspberry or brown sugar then grabs the drink from the cashier and says “I’ll just redo it” and I hear her dump my drink out- I hear the liquid and ice splash in a sink loudly! It was giving unprofessional and rude. She knew she made a mistake after asking when I got to the window what did I want in my drink. As she’s remaking it she tells me she added raspberry but not enough. The drink was absolutely disgusting and I’m so over trying to support this location when I never know if im going to have a good experience.

The lady at the window gave an iced coffee with the wrong flavor even after acknowledging that the coffee and the price she wrong up was wrong. I ended up paying more and not getting the correct coffee. This is definitely a mistake that could have been easily avoided if active listening and attention to detail took place.

I don't know why I continue to give chances to this location. They constantly provide door dash customers with the wrong orders. Please read the names of your orders before placing the items in a bag. Those types of mistakes can really set back a persons morning routine or plans. Pay closer attention it has happened far too many times. This location has lost me as a customer.

My coffee always taste disgusting when I go to this location. If I order the same thing at any other location, it taste amazing but every time I go to this location, it taste terrible.

Most of the staff are friendly, especially the morning crew. The parking lot is a nightmare, it's way too small, and getting to the drive-thru is crazy. It's faster to park and walk in for your coffee when doing a mobile pickup.

Price is inconsistent anytime I get the same coffee. The coffee is also decent compared to other locations.
Didn't have any of what I wanted, wasted gas coming there after ordering on the app. Got refund, but was told that the tip couldn't be refunded and to call corporate, luckily I saw in the app I had time to remove it and there.
With that being said, what do yall have? Besides my free air sandwich which was very good by the way. 🥰

Our truck lost a cylinder as we were returning from a trip, and we had to kill 3 hours while it was being fixed. Katielynn was wonderful. The coffee was great and our fur ball enjoyed the refreshing drink of water. Was a wonderful place to hang out when having to kill time. Great place to be at!

Honestly I don’t understand the bad reviews of this location. I have not once ever received a bad or wrong drink from this location. I can’t say the same for the rest of the locations in Fredericksburg. All of the other locations either have slow service, poor attitudes, or give me burnt espresso. This is by far the best and most consistent service location for Starbucks in Fredericksburg :)
