Didn't have any of what I wanted, wasted gas coming there after ordering on the app. Got refund, but was told that the tip couldn't be refunded and to call corporate, luckily I saw in the app I had time to remove it and there.

With that being said, what do yall have? Besides my free air sandwich which was very good by the way. 🥰

Our truck lost a cylinder as we were returning from a trip, and we had to kill 3 hours while it was being fixed. Katielynn was wonderful. The coffee was great and our fur ball enjoyed the refreshing drink of water. Was a wonderful place to hang out when having to kill time. Great place to be at!

Honestly I don’t understand the bad reviews of this location. I have not once ever received a bad or wrong drink from this location. I can’t say the same for the rest of the locations in Fredericksburg. All of the other locations either have slow service, poor attitudes, or give me burnt espresso. This is by far the best and most consistent service location for Starbucks in Fredericksburg :)

5 p.m on a saturday afternoon by far the most disrespectful unproffesional employees ive ever encountered. Even did mobile order..waited in line for 15 minutes to he disrespected by bryce and the other employees. Will not return

I don’t usually visit this location. I usually go by my job in Alexandria . I came to this location yesterday & asked for white mocha in my ice coffee, of course they charge extra which is fine! But I noticed it didn’t taste how it would by my job, it didn’t seem like the White mocha was added. So today I asked if it could be a no charge since yesterday drink wasn’t correct. Shelby came into the speaker saying she couldn’t do that, it’s no way to not charge for extra . I understand that but I know she could make the drink herself or verbally tell an employee to make the drink but add white mocha and charge me for the regular drink . Instead shes going back and forth with a customer over .80 cents. When I asked for a manger she said she was and then proceeded to give the stores phone number, which I didn’t ask for. I don’t go to Starbucks for a coffee with a nasty attitude on the side! Do better ! Especially being a manager! She should definitely take management classes. Very disappointed in this location

I wish I could say something good but the last few times I came here my order was messed up or not accurate. After talking to management nothing was offered to make up for it. Unfortunately I just moved here so this is the only Starbucks close to me and I wish they would figure out how to actually be engaged and support the customers. Today I went and they literally didn’t have anything from ham and cheese croissant to a chameleon tea. I hope they can make a change soon because this is bad business and the worst Starbucks I have been to!

Unfortunately I just moved here so this is the only Starbucks close to me and I wish they would figure out how to actually be engaged and support the customers. Today I went and they literally didn’t have anything from ham and cheese croissant to a chameleon tea. I hope they can make a change soon because this is bad business and the worst Starbucks I have been to!

This place is terrible. I ordered a shaken espresso, but asked to hold the ice. The venti cup which cost over $7 dollars was filled it up maybe a quarter of the way. I asked them to please top it off with oat milk since that’s what every other Starbucks does for me. They gave me a hard time saying how I have to order a different drink, it’s going to cost extra, and they can’t do it, etc. Terrible service, this is a stupidly expensive drink and it’s not unreasonable to ask for additional oat milk to fill the cup that I’m paying for.
