the food and atmosphere was good and relaxing. would recommend to all traveler's. a lot of folks doing the app for pre order and pick up. really clean too. easy to get in and out and has drive thru if needed. staff paid attention to walk-ins. sometimes that can be an issue.

Lobby was closed unexpectedly and for no apparent reason. Drive-through lane was extremely long and not moving. When I knocked on the door to ask why the lobby was closed I was completely ignored. Will never go here again!!!!

They stayed overtime to make the last coffee for my son and I as we traveled home. The store up the street had closed early at 3:30 but these ladies went out of their way to help get us caffeinated, showed me to the deli (massive store!!) and EVEN brought me a cart when it was clear things were getting out of hand. Juliana Davis needs to be promoted!! ??

I didn't catch the name of the barista who helped me today, but she is my favorite batista out of all the local Starbucks stores. I really wish every barista made their drinks as good as hers. I may forego the stand alone store up the road, and only go to this one. It's definitely worth the trip in, especially if she makes the drinks!

Went in at 1:45 for a Impossible Sandwich and although they close at 8, they stated they couldn’t make the sandwich because they said they just shut the ovens off for the day! She also stated that they turn off the oven an HOUR before they close. Just a bunch of young girls that don’t want to do their job! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I love Starbucks and when I went there the baristia was so nice and friendly and helped me order something off the menu, and tie dye pink drink it was fantastic!

Great service. I came into Starbucks after dropping off my worker. I just finished a 16 hour work day and was exhaused. The fact that the youngest working asked me how my day was and actually cared to hear my response and carry a conversation changed my day. Please recognize her for the service she provides. I just wish I had caught her name.

Stop in here every once in a while for Starbucks coffee novelties when I'm shopping in this Giant and service is consistently better than the typical stand-alone Starbucks locations. Coffees are decent. Everything else is the same. Worth stopping in when shopping at this Giant.
