It's a typical Starbucks a little bit dirty, very overpriced but when you're out in town and you need some coffee Starbucks is there.

Wish I could give zero stars, definitely reported them! Husbands coffee smelt like it was in the dumpster so took them inside to give them back for a refund and or new drinks, he told the cashier it smelt like the dumpster and she said “I believe you” uhh?? You believe him? Why do your cups smell like that? That’s not reassuring that’s gross. Got a refund left went to church. Upon leaving I tried to call to speak to a manager. They answered the phone didn’t say hello or anything just pretended like they couldn’t hear was pressing buttons and then proceeded to disconnect their phones :) tried to call two more times a few minutes in between each and just got the disconnection dial. Gross of you guys to act this way, none of you should work in customer service or around food, im appalled, I reached out to who I needed to and I genuinely hope there’s repercussions to your actions especially if my husband gets sick from drinking from a garbage lid.

This Starbucks is pretty good. But not the best. Space around this location is cramped. And I don’t like parking here. But orders typically come out fast and employees are generally nice every time I come.
For This location I would recommend more merchandise options. Just to vary from surrounding locations. As well as an invasion and take over of the parking spaces from the surrounding stores to make this location more accessible for people who want to park and sit inside.

Thinking I'd beat the drive through i went inside. 30 minutes later for a small frap and I'm still sitting here. The drive thru customers get the fast track. I've counted 21 cars go through the drive thru. This is ridiculous. At least the regional manager gets his bonus for having the fastest drive thru in spotsylvania.

there are really an unreasonable number of flies in the store. this shouldnt be a difficult problem to address as fly traps exist. really an off putting atmosphere...

Love this Starbucks. They are extremely busy but always get my orders right and are generally friendly. Plus I live in Spotsylvania so this is the last Starbucks before getting out in the country. Keep up the great work!

They were busy after church which I expected however we paid for our order and received our coffee drinks but sat waiting for cake pops that did NOT have to be prepared..after asking about the hold up they had FORGOT !! Very pricey which I expected but definitely upset paying that much and being forgotten!!!

On Mother’s Day, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from an employee named Morgan when I visited this location. After patiently waiting for almost 45 minutes for a cup of coffee, I politely asked Morgan for an estimate of how much longer I could expect to wait.

Morgan’s response was far from customer friendly. She essentially said, “If you don’t want to wait, you can ask for a refund.” I was taken aback, as I was not confrontational or aggressive; I was merely making an inquiry. When I further asked her which orders are prioritized—drive-through, lobby, or app—her response was again to request a refund. She also claimed ignorance about the answer to this question.

I found the lack of customer service shocking, and it made it quite clear to me that I need not spend my money or time at this particular Starbucks.

All the orders you see on the counter are "app" orders.

Parking: . The parking lot is small and the drive-through lane often backs up into the lot, making it difficult to get in and out.
