I come in here all the time for something quick and cheap. Today i received excellent service from both Arafat and Bahar, two hard working team members that care about their rapport. Even with a line of 6 people, I was paying with my sandwich in hand within minutes. They never disappoint, and are very personable with their customers, I’ll definitely be back!

I asked for more pickles on my sandwich and they said they’d have to charge me. There were 3 pickles on a full size sandwich. Ridiculous, pickles cost cents and you lost a customer over cents.

I placed a mobile order on 8–28, I always like to place my mobile order when I walk in so I can still watch my sandwich being made, And today when I was watching them make my sandwich they chose the wrong bread from what I wanted, The guy sneezed in a bag which I thought was disgusting because he had his gloves on while sneezing To his hand and proceeded to make the sandwich… Although he placed my sandwich in the bag, I still had to grab my sandwich out the bag with his germs on it, You’re working in the food industry I would expect more proper care.

Asked for the grilled chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken on the Chicken bacon Ranch (how it used to be made) and was told they couldn’t do that. The owner got off his rear end to argue it cost 22 cents more. That’s great he saved his company 22 cents at the cost of a drink and chips that I decided not to buy and future purchases. Since he puts pennies over people to his customers I’m sure he does the same to his employees

Definitely not impressed. Whoever made my sandwich did not read the order. I asked for toasted, it was barely toasted. I asked for provolone cheese, there was absolutely no cheese. I asked for black olives. They put on one 1/2 of the sandwich. I asked for light mustard, and that was all I could taste in the sandwich. The sandwich was slopped together and very appetizing. I did not enjoy the sandwich because all I could taste was the mustard. I'm not a big fan of Subway in general and am less of one now.
