I really don’t understand how the service works here. The staff have such a bad attitude toward customers. I’ve been here many times, but after this, I probably won’t come back. It’s a pity — the food is good, but the staff act like they own the place.

Ordered a couple subs for lunch through DoorDash. After taking multiple bites of my sub I noticed the lunch meat had a brown off color to it. Last time we got subs in store I asked for different lettuce and the girl made a comment it was the same lettuce. The lettuce she was going to put on my sub was nasty and had gone bad. I will eat from a different subway from now on.

Hey, it's a Subway. I'm not coming here for gourmet food - BUT the workers are incredibly polite and relaxed as long as you're not coming in with an attitude. Love it. 10/10

The Real Insignation

I've been to this particular location a few times; I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that they're just having an off day- I don't expect sunshine and rainbows from everyone I meet but consistently I've been given service as if I was an "inconvenience". Having to repeat myself multiple times and not having basic questions such as "what meat choices do you have?" Answered with little more than pointing and "these". I understand, but when the next customer is treated completely different the issue becomes clear.I won't be coming back here, it's a shame considering it's relatively close by.
