I placed an order online just to drive all the way there to find out the store is closed. Got on the subway app and there’s not even an option to cancel the order and get a refund. Whoever owns this place they clearly don’t care. The lady who works here is always rude and does whatever she wants

At a restaurant like Subway, the employee really makes or breaks the restaurant and the lady working at this one will be the downfall of the place if they keep her around. The lady has always been rude and the sandwiches she makes aren't great but today she forgot to put the cookies she rang me up for in the bag. Unacceptable.

I ordered food online showed up to the store and they were closed , still closed days later
I usually never leave reviews let alone a bad one but I am at a loss. I when to this subway at a little afternoon and when I walked in saw about 6 guys waiting. The women working had 6 sandwiches going on at once. I was thinking of just going somewhere else because they were so busy. Before I could move or say anything the subway lady told me she is too busy and I can go find another subway. I was kind of just frozen for a second trying to process what she just said and then she repeated herself. Then the subway lady told me to leave. I turned around and walked out. She got what she wanted I will never go back.

The old lady over there is disturbing and have some serious angre issues, she refused to give me my footlong online order because she says it's not what her receipt is showing, i was calm while she was shouting at me, i left the food and the store and will dispute this with my bank, i am also filing a complaint with ghe corporate.

This women who took my order was very rude. Waving her hand over the options of veggies as in to rush me a long. I have never ordered a churro before, and thought they had them at the front. So when I order one this women proceeded to say “next time order this while you back there and not at the register”. I told her that wasn’t necessary, and she proceeded to say “ I know I know”. I will not be coming back to this location.
If negative stars were allowed in Google Reviews, that would have been my selection. The only reason I completed my order at this Subway is because my daughter and her friend (who has a strict diet, with Subway being the nearest option) were with me and very hungry.
The sole employee of the store left the establishment unattended and unlocked while we waited inside for 10 minutes. When she finally did arrive, her first words were “This ain’t McDonalds.” Then she (thankfully) put on her gloves and asked us what we wanted. Her attitude was atrocious. The saving grace was that she made the orders correctly, though she didn’t slice the sandwiches all the way through.

I do not normally advocate people losing their jobs; but this woman should not be working for Subway.

Always out of something steak,turkey,bread ordered thru doordash was out of steak and turkey order was canceled and then when we do get a order it's all wrong they send a wrap when you're ordered a sub.

If I could give a score of zero I would. Went into this location this afternoon for lunch because I work close by. The older lady working was absolutely horrible! Didn't acknowledge me as I spoke and said how are you? I proceeded to tell her what I needed and she swung the bread door open and slammed it close. I then asked for a second sub and she turned around gave me a dirty look and swung the door open and said what kind of bread? I told her what I would like she grabbed the bread slammed the door close at that point I said "no ma'am" and I turned around and said have a good day she said I will. I said well I certainly hope it's better then what you're having now. My coworker had the same experience with her today and her sandwich was a complete mess! I haven't eaten at this location in a while but they do not have to worry about me coming back! Would not recommend this location.

I placed a Doordarshan order and none of the food I received was what I ordered. From the bread to the veggies, this subway always messing something up.
This is my third time coming to this subway location , the person that you guys have working here she’s an older woman maybe in her 50s with grey hair. Not sure her name but every single time I come into this establishment she is so rude. Today is January 10. it is now 12:45pm. I came in asking how she was doing and she just said well I’m here and slapped her hand on the counter. I will never be getting food from this subway ever again especially when your employees are rude to the customers. Like I said, this is not my first time dealing with her however, just now I had to walk out because it is not fair if someone is coming in with a good attitude at all times and your employee is rude and slamming things. Please do better!
