I wanted my pizza heated more and she did it for me. The lady also gave me some ideas for my pizza and it turned out super yummy. I've been here before, will go again, her attitude is always good and treats people with respect.

The woman that works at this store, I believe she in the owners niece, makes THE BEST turkey sandwich I ever had in the 30+ years that I have been frequenting subways. She is so pleasant, welcoming, remembers my order, and has made going to this subway a part of my weekly routine.This location is very clean, efficient and the food is fresh.Parking: Parking is easy and available right in front of the store.

I ordered a sub with no mayo, they put mayo on it. So I tried to get it replaced, they refused. Then they wouldn't even refund me the full amount. The staff is very unprofessional!Edit: Edit to the reply, you are an absolute liar. I came back with the sandwich with only one bite missing. Asked for it to be remade she refused and kept the sandwich. So I came back with my receipt and asked for a refund. I work down the street and came here almost every weekend now me and all my co workers will not be coming here. I didn't get a full refund only 10 bucks for a almost 12 dollar sandwich. Then you come here and lie about what happened? You are terrible at running a restaurant.

Was going to order dinner bit employee did not have face mask on had it tucked uner his chin.. It was a guy and he did not have 2 on ... Im passing this on to health department

I want to give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. I love Subway and visit many around Fredericksburg often with my family, and have had all positive experiences until 2 days ago. This was my first and last time visiting this particular establishment. We ordered on the app and picked up our sandwiches. When we got home, we realized not one sandwich was made correctly...not toasted, no double meat or double cheese, wrong mustard, I could go on. I understand this happens, so I filled out the customer survey sent to me. I thought management likes to know what the customers think in order to improve their business. I did nothing else. The owner emailed me in response to the survey and was incredibly rude and accused me of lying. He was disrespectful and doesn't seem to know how to treat people, never mind his customers. I replied that if he was going to be rude to please not contact me again. Instead of respecting what I said, he continues to write me nasty, harassing emails. In the past 2 days, he has sent me 6 horrible, threatening emails. He yelling about my Discover card and 2 free subs I got. I don't even have a Discover card and got no free subs. He told me to stop asking for free subs. I haven't asked for anything except that he leave me alone! Obviously he's talking about other unhappy customers. He is scary and has been harassing and threatening me nonstop. Do not visit this Subway if you want your sandwich the way you ordered it or if you want to be treated with respect.
