This is 6th time I’ve ordered from here and they have forgotten my food. It’s clearly stated on the ticket and the people have no momentum to help correct THEIR own mistakes. Absolutely horrible customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Literally go anywhere else

On 5 /1 /23 at 2 PM I purchased a hot dog as a part of the Subway/Aunt Anne's franchise. The hot dog at Aunt Anne's that I purchase was hard on the outside and overcooked on the inside. I went back inside and spoke with the sales person and they provided me with another dog and that hot dog also was overcooked. I was going to ask for a refund but the salesperson seemed a little frustrated so I decided I would post that the hotdogs had definitely been sitting over the allowed time (I used to work in fast food). I won't be purchasing anymore food from this venue $5 dollars down the drain..however my stomach is safe
