This is 6th time I’ve ordered from here and they have forgotten my food. It’s clearly stated on the ticket and the people have no momentum to help correct THEIR own mistakes. Absolutely horrible customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Literally go anywhere else

On 5 /1 /23 at 2 PM I purchased a hot dog as a part of the Subway/Aunt Anne's franchise. The hot dog at Aunt Anne's that I purchase was hard on the outside and overcooked on the inside. I went back inside and spoke with the sales person and they provided me with another dog and that hot dog also was overcooked. I was going to ask for a refund but the salesperson seemed a little frustrated so I decided I would post that the hotdogs had definitely been sitting over the allowed time (I used to work in fast food). I won't be purchasing anymore food from this venue $5 dollars down the drain..however my stomach is safe

Sign said open Monday-Sunday 8 am to 9 pm. When we got there today at 7:45 pm, the employee there said that they closed already. When we pointed out the sign to him, he got really angry and started yelling at us. Horrible customer service. Photo shows the gates closed- time stamped 7:48 pm Saturday 9/3/21.

We had subway a week ago and it was not good the meat did not taste real. Tge five star that I gave was awhile back. The Subway i use to visit i want be visiting anymore.

We experienced the most dreadful interaction this evening that we have ever had at any fast-food restaurant. We stopped into the restaurant located in Walmart at 11 Village drive in Fredericksburg VA. All I can say is to avoid this property if possible. My wife asked for double chicken in her salad and the sandwich maker stated that there was no way he could do that and mumbled something about it being a nutrition or health issue. No amount of persuasion would change his mind. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I guess that no longer applies at Subway. I really think that he has no training at all in customer service along with absolutely no empowerment to make adjustments to address customer needs.
