I used to be an employee here in 2022, Anne is one of the worst managers I have ever worked with in my entire life. Incredible rude to customers and her employees, the franchisees do nothing about it and up-charge products. By reading the reviews the same issue is still accruing with poor customer service by her.

I'm not one to leave a review let alone and negative review. The lady making one of my subs was disrespectful to me and mean to her coworker (gentleman much younger than her). When you charge $14.99 for a sub, it should come as describe or at least as ordered. When I corrected the lady that my order was being made wrong she literally ignored me over and over again, stapled my sub bag shut and said here. I couldn't believe it. I left and vowed never go back and it will be a long time till I go back to Subway in general if this is the people they employ and the quality of food they put out.

Ana the lady working at the front desk was extremely rude when i tried to explain to her that i wanted to switch my subs and pay for the extra amount. She put her hand on her head and she said she didn’t do anything wrong when i politely asked her for a sandwich switch. Her customer service was absolutely terrible. She must didn’t know i was an adult but spoke to me as if i was a kid and couldn’t afford my sandwich. She had a bad attitude problem and her snagged tooth self deserves to be fired. Sandwich 0-10

This place is horrible. The rudeness is unnecessary. The veggies don’t taste right and so does the bread sometimes too. My family went in there today and she proceeded to yell at them to hurry their order because she didn’t have all day. We also called them to see if we could talk to someone in charge, but the rude lady said no one owns it and to call next week. She also hung up on us when we called.

as it was my first time ordering in person, the white boy who took my order was really friendly and polite , and I would suggest hiring more people like him. The service old grumpy lady was really harsh, and she was yelling at me in front of everyone. The people behind me told me not to worry about it. It's not okay, she said, adding that there was a long line behind me when there was just one person.

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and snarky while we were trying to order.Our 4 subs was $61 which is way more than we usually pay. She didn’t want to explain why it was so expensive when paying. Once we got the receipt i noticed she charged us for 4 extra cheeses when only one sub got extra cheese. She tried to argue with my husband that it’s what we ordered, when we definitely did not. She tried to hand him a one dollar bill to make up for the mistake, the refund should have been $4.50 + taxes charged. She ended up giving $4 back bc I don’t think she understands how to work her register and do a proper refund. After looking at the other reviews this location seems to be a trend for horrible customer service. She was also very hostile toward the young boy she seemed to be training.
My sisters used to work here and they treated workers poorly.Last time I ordered here the person serving me yelled at me for not hearing what she said, she was mumbiling.The food is ok if you want something fast but its not really great. And jesus christ its expensive

She asked me what bread and I took a few seconds to think and she gave me this very impatient look as if I just costed her a million dollar. And then I said one type of bread and then changed my mind even before she took it out, she was disgusted with me as if I am retarded. I mean....I don't come to subway often and I am not familiar with the choices. Now you are just making me not come at all.
