Ordered online and got my order completely wrong. I got a churro instead of my water, and the complete wrong sandwhich. Tried calling with no answer.

Went in today and they had brown lettuce and pickles. I asked why the lettuce was brown and she said “I don’t know I just work here. I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes.” I told her. Didn’t want the sandwich anymore and had to walk away. I’ve always had good service there but this was disappointing. How can you serve food like that and not be embarrassed to serve that. She just kept putting the old brown lettuce on sandwich without any care that my child could get sick after eating that. Won’t go again

After a day on the road we stopped at this Subway for dinner. Tha place is very clean and well maintained. Anthony took care of our order. He was great! Pleasant and a good conversationalist. Lest I forget, the food was really good. Keep up the good work!

Customer service is awful at this Subway. Man was very unfriendly- glared at me because my husband was standing (not parking) in the fire lane which doesn’t exactly warrant rude behavior especially after I obliged to walk out and ask my husband to move the car and wait for me in a parking area. Again, overall rude and unfriendly- not worth tipping.10/07/23

Terrible terrible terrible, order on the bag matched what we ordered on line but both sandwiches were royally screwed up. Both were ordered with turkey, one with double meat double cheese, both came with turkey and ham. Also both with single meat single cheese. I guess customer service is just a thing of the past

I was hangry when my order was made incorrectly. When I walked in, I was greeted by Katrina with a positive, upbeat attitude. I told her my problem and she was very apologetic about it. She remade my sandwich my making me and other customers laugh. I love the energy she gives! Katrina definitely deserves to be showered with honor and appreciation! Thank you Katrina!

Came on Sunday October 2,2022 ar 5:35 pm and all the lights are on but the doors are locked. Sat outside for 10 mins and nobody ever showed up

Restaurant was open but the dining room was closed because the employees didn't want to be inconvenienced by having to clean the tables. Also, one of the employees was blasting some very inappropriate music for a retail environment from his phone. I won't ever return to this establishment.
