For convenience I have ordered on the app to have our order ready. The last 3 times I have ordered, it has been wrong. It seems they don't pay attention to the order. At one time I had absolutely no condiments when I asked for it... Another time several other toppings were missing. I get the same thing each time. Another issue is they don't pay attention to the pick up time. They will make it as soon as they can and let it sit there. I made an order and arrived 20 min early expecting to wait (which was perfectly fine) only to fine my order was sitting there. I grab it and get home to find it was all wrong. I love pretty far and not going to drive back each time to have it corrected. The last visit I decided to just have it made right then and there and the service was horrible. One girl wouldn't make eye contact, was rude to her coworker who was asking questions and the only one of the 3 that was nice. When she was ringing us up, she didn't ask for my number for rewards and when my husband brought it up, she got an attitude and was pretty forceful with the register. Not pleasant at all. The food is great and that is the only reason I will keep going there, but I will not trust them to do another online order. Management needs to seriously address the lack of customer service. No smiles, no greeting, nothing.

The owner is obviously very cheap. No Subway coupons are accepted, and the drink cooler has been broken for weeks. Service is hit and miss, as half of the staff doesn't understand cross contamination. Vegetarians beware! They will handle meat, then stick their hands into the vegetables and grab cheese without washing their hands or changing their gloves. Everything is contaminated.
Vegetarian options: Go somewhere else. Everything is contaminated with meat. They will cook bacon, as meat to a sub, and stick their hands in the lettuce with the same gloves.

Honestly the cleanest subway I have ever been too, I was greeted by one of the workers. This has always been the BEST subway in fredricksburg. Not only did they have the freshest veggies but they have the most kindest workers they make the other subways in the are look like a McDonald's. 10/10!!
Vegetarian options: According to one of the workers they have 2 primary vegetarian subs a veggie delight and a Veggie patty
The owner (Reem) was very polite and precise with my order. Customer service here gets a 10 rating although I can only give 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
