The guy that made my sandwich tonight was 100% perfect. He was very polite, talked to me telling me the different options of the bread and cheese. I will be going back again.

No ice tea. Machine looks like it has never been used. Soda machine inop no carbonation. I am the only customer. BUT ... Sandwich was great and lone employee very pleasant.

Made an order for pickup on November 19th, 2024 at 6:15 and when I arrived someone else had already taken my food. I guess they just let anyone take whatever food they want. Besides that though, when I asked the employee about what happened, she was so incredibly rude and talked down to me like I was an idiot. Very disrespectful. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. She must’ve forgot that I wasn’t the person who stole the food. I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to eat whatever she was gonna make me. Will not be coming here again. Very disappointing because I was a regular customer.

Came in around 4:50pm, I had placed a mobile order. I came inside to watch them make my sandwiches. Let’s just say our sandwiches was made very poorly. Then the other sandwich asked for garlic aioli. The girl put Parmesan vinaigrette on the sandwich when I asked was that garlic aioli she proceeded to lie and say “yes it is would you like another type of sauce” trying to be condescending but literally put the wrong sauce then squirted a little garlic aioli on top to try to cover it up. I did go back in and complain about my sandwich and how it was made sloppy, also asked for another piece of bread to just fix the sloppiness. I didn’t go back about the one with the sauce because my brother didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and just ate it. But the point is you don’t know if someone is allergic or what the case is! If you mess up on someone’s order it takes nothing but 5 minutes to fix it. Nobody was in there so this was ridiculous. I didn’t ask for a refund because I ordered through the app, but I will be disputing the charge. It was a female and male I want to say they were both teens, but the male was getting trained so not too much in him. But the little funny female with the lip piercing yes, don’t mess up someone’s order then lie when the customer is asking you about your mess up!

Did a doordash order. Subway is the only sandwich shop that messes up my orders smh. They forgot the chips and honey mustard for the pretzel. The pretzel had no salt and just tasted like dough. The churro tasted stale. And the cheesesteak had potential but they literally gave only a teaspoon of meat!

Did a mobile order around 1130 today. The girl working was very friendly. My order was ready when I got there and the sandwich was so good. Veggies were so fresh! Super clean inside as well. This is a good Subway.

We were traveling from out of town and stopped here to get 5 subs for our group staying at a local hotel. We were served by Jalyn, a very polite and helpful young gentleman. He got all of our orders correct and the food tasted great. Jalyn was fun to talk with as he works for this family owned business. Thanks for taking good care of us Jalyn!

I've ordered carry out from this restaurant multiple times, and they've never once done a good job. They are always late on the orders, and not a little late, 10-20 minutes late each time without fail. Today I had the pleasure of eating a sub with 1/5 of the ingredients I ordered on it.I wont be using this location again.

The two young ladies working the counter were super-friendly, funny, and very responsive. The food was at least as good as expected, and we enjoyed our time out to lunch.
