Super Rico Fredericksburg

We can’t get enough of this place! We find ourselves coming here almost every week, and it’s just as good every single time. Their lomo saltado is delish but my family LOVES their chicken. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal they can count on time and time again.

Always tasty, but pretty inconsistent. I came here a few times and got nice portions, but recently ordered delivery and got very small portions for the sides. Frustrating considering that the price rose a LOT, whereas the Super Rico in Stafford Marketplace didn’t raise their prices and still has great portion sizes. Honestly, with the price increase, you’re better off going to Stafford’s.

I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management, but this is the second time I’ve received a noticeably subpar order. Portion sizes have significantly decreased. The tres leches appeared partially eaten, and the roasted potatoes tasted and looked a day old. This establishment was once outstanding, so I’m hoping this was just poor timing. For what it’s worth, the staff have consistently been friendly and professional.

First the music is 🤮, food and service was ok, not enough vegetables for certain food, the bathroom was not flushing. Overall, I don’t recommend it.

Chicken very good but it needs more time to rest before cutting it a lot of juices in the bottom of the take out carton and some parts are were red/ pink. But still has a good smoky, grill like taste. Everyone’s calm has a hard working atmosphere. They seem like they are trying to get everything right. We will continue to eat there. I rewarm my chicken for more doneness but everyone may not want or have time to do that. Veggies good fries good. ♥️

Everything was delicious but the brussel sprouts. Brussel sprouts are a coin toss anyway. No harm, no foul. Yes, they are generous with the portions. Much appreciated. On that note, I'll be back even though I don't live in Fredericksburg. A enjoyable experience.

The chicken fajitas were outstanding. Green sauces killer. Pinto beans awesome. Enough for two dinners. Would definitely get again.
