Even though there was a kitchen mixup resulting in me getting my food 40 minutes late, I still really like this place and will go back. The moment I got my food, it instantly forgot about the wait! I got the Chicken Saltada which was delicious, all the vegetables were cooked perfectly and the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. To apologize for the mishap, I got a free Tres Leches cake which was also amazing. 9/10

I am an Uber Eats driver, and I am appalled by the customer service that I received from the women who work in the front. It’s only an issue with women at this restaurant, and I think that the women who work for this restaurant do not like other women- delivery drivers or women customers, for that matter. I walked up and said a name, and the lady rudely corrected me as if I were a child and told me how I was supposed to say the name. I said OK, picked up the order, and left. Then, I had two more orders to return and get, and when I walked in again, I understood the restaurant was busy. There were other customers to attend to, but nobody was in line. The lady worker looked at me up and down with a very mean look/ disgusting type of smile as if she was better than me or something and took her time coming to help me, and then the other girl who gave me my orders was not pleasant to deal with. I hate coming to this restaurant because the service is horrible, And the treatment of women delivery drivers is awful!!! The restaurant owner needs to have a serious conversation with the women workers in this restaurant and teach their women workers how to treat other women customers and women delivery drivers with more respect!

Great food, tastes great. However, the customer service is terrible here. Not only am I a customer here, I drive for uber eats and have been ignored by staff on several different occasions. I have went in to pick up orders and been brushed off, which is fine considering they are busy most of the time. However, I started noticing the issue after waiting for several minutes and asked them how much longer, they turned around and the bag of food was sitting there ready the whole time. My most recent experience was truly awful. I was unable to pickup my online order, so I sent my boyfriend to pick it up for me. He has a broken leg and is on crutches, which was no issue because they offer curbside pickup. When he originally called, they told him it would be 10 additional minutes, even though he arrived about 10 minutes after the anticipated pick up time that was provided when I ordered. After waiting for about 15-20 minutes , he calls again to get an update on the order. The lady who he had answered the phone twice now, to talk to me to confirm the order was all white meat chicken, and to talk to him to tell him it would be 10 more minutes, now couldn’t understand him to bring it out. I understand if there was a language barrier, but it was a little confusing considering we had just called and spoke to the same person twice previously. He ended up having to go in to get the food, which he struggled to carry given he is on crutches and can barely open doors for himself, let alone carry bags of food and open the doors. Don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not something the employees are willing to do. It just always seems that the employees have an extremely negative attitude and after this last experience, I probably will not be returning. This was really frustrating. We are not lazy people and we realize that customer service can be very difficult especially considering this is a busy restaurant, so I understand if it took extra time to bring out the order. But completely disregarding him when he was trying to explain he was on crutches is unacceptable. If it truly was a language barrier , the phone should have been passed to someone else.
UPDATE : called the number listed in the response and was asked for my phone number and told the owner would call me back. Never received a call back. Unacceptable.

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant today and I can really tell you that it is the best Peruvian food restaurant I have ever visited, the quality of the food and the seasoning of the chicken is unmatched.
I would definitely return for the pollo saltado again and again. My wife really loved it.
Without overlooking the treatment of the staff, it was our first time in this place and they were very kind when it came to doing their job.
We returned home really satisfied since the portions there are really generous.

I can say that the food is great!! But the lady who served me today was very unpleasant, very bad service with the staff, apart from the fact that they did not give me the chicken as I ordered, when I want to eat something I go and pay for it obviously but in this place they serve people as if they were asking for free, they should give more training to this type of uneducated people.

Great food, and I get that bidens economy sucks but $20 just for the bird and over $30 with sides (hence you gotta click away from them getting an extra 18% since they automatically put it in your face to click either 18% 20% or 22% when paying) and they do it before they prepare your food as a phycological incentive that if you want your food right you better tip… I don’t blame the workers as they appear to try and do a good job… but the management is obviously exploiting their employees and customers with there prices

Good Peruvian chicken go here when I'm in the area. Make sure to select an option when on the tip section of the screen if you just click on continue without selecting a tip it will automatically select and add 18% as a default
Also check your orders they messed mine up after I gave them proper instructions

Super Rico is indeed super rico! Flavor town all the way. The chicken is perfect. The sides are all delicious. You can't go wrong. We love it!
