No weight day on Wednesday. Got 2 overflowing small cups for only 13$!!

I stopped by tonight about an hour before closing and the experience was disappointing. The employees on shift (Dennis and a female staff member) were being loud and rowdy the entire time. As soon as my family and I walked in, they complained about not getting tips, which made things uncomfortable. The girl was also yelling at Dennis to clean the bathrooms in front of customers. I asked my boyfriend for help with reaching one of the toppings and the girl told the guy that this is why he doesn’t get tips because he doesn’t assist customers. Overall a really uncomfortable experience

Came in with my boyfriend and didn’t see anyone at the register but saw a written piece of paper saying “cleaning the bathroom come get me when you’re ready” so we were looking at the flavors and there were already two other ladies in there I’m assuming family cause one of them got up and walked to the bathroom I’m assuming family cause to let her know we walked in then we got our flavors and were sitting at the bar to get our toppings for a bit and I walked back to the register to reread the sign then she came out sat at the register while me and by boyfriend were waiting. Didn’t even acknowledge me or him and asked if we were ready just walked right back to the back of the kitchen area I’m assuming and just was sitting there then a group of like 5+ plus came in who were quite loud enough to hear and she still didn’t come out UNTIL her friend once again got up then motioned for her to come out then she came to where me and my boyfriend were and just looked like a deer in headlights didn’t ask us what we wanted so I just left my frozen yogurt there and walked out my boyfriend did pay for both bowls but completely unprofessional. She saw us twice didn’t acknowledge us, had her friend or sister get her attention and overall just ruined my mood for frozen yogurt. I understand if it’s busy but we were the only two people in the store for about 10 minutes before the second group came in.

10/29/2025- I’m not sure about the comments about the store being filthy because every time we’ve gone in there it is spotless which is a lot to say considering the amount of little kids that come through making messes…. like my 7 year old! Also Thomas has always been so nice to my family and EXTREMELY patient with my son and anyone else that comes in. 5 star highly recommended and will absolutely be back.

A few days ago I went to Sweetfrog with my family for a treat. The store was very humid and uncomfortable. The employees looked exhausted but were very friendly and very hard working. The store was very clean except the sticky floor, due to the humidity I assume. Overall not the best experience but I will most likely come back.

Store was filthy, we stuck to the floor the whole time we were there. two
of the flavors were out of service and for the summer time there was no berry or coconut flavors and no regular vanilla, there was no dairy whipped cream was available and the hot fudge was empty. There was no one at
the counter when we walked in. Is a shame, for a 90 degree day we were hoping to stop in and be refreshed. Owner needs to do better.

Sat. May 10th approx 8pm. Gross just a nasty store.
This store was so dirty. When we 1st came in we didnt know if anyone was working there. Moments later she came out.
There was Food all over the counters and floor. The bathroom had used toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, the nastiness stuck to my shoes.
The girl working looked at me like I was the problem because I asked her does anyone clean the store as I continously tried to pull all the nastiness off my shoes. Totally gross.
Owner needs to do better with hiring competent people. Owner or manager or someone needs to just pop up and see how their store is NOT being cared for. Gross

Oh my gosh! Gracie was a wonderful host. My grand daughter LOVED her.

I had such a great experience at Sweet Frog last Wednesday, all thanks to Gracie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and offered impeccable service. I was trying to find where the cups were, and she was quick to help me out without hesitation. Not only was she incredibly helpful, but she was also so friendly—we ended up chatting for about half an hour! It’s rare to meet someone who’s both professional and genuinely kind. Gracie made my visit extra special, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Sweet Frog is lucky to have her on their team!

The worker, named is Tristen, was absolutely and repeatedly disrespectful not only to me, but also to my friends. His behavior during our visit was completely inappropriate and deeply offensive. He made several demeaning and disgusting comments that were uncalled for, and frankly, shocking to hear in a customer-facing role. It is upsetting and disheartening to know that individuals who treat others this way are still employed in public settings. After speaking with friends about the incident, I learned that I was not alone. Others have also had negative experiences involving this same individual. I attempted to call and report his behavior directly, but there was no answer. I can only assume that he was picking his noes in the back, perhaps making some lewd comment to some poor soul on his personal phone. To be clear: the conduct I experienced was not only unprofessional, it was disturbing. If you have a daughter, or care about creating a safe and respectful environment for all patrons, I strongly urge you to consider visiting a different location.

Called this store multiple times today before I drove there because I wanted to know if they have Nutella available. No answer… no nothing … I pull up no customers there just us… and this girl Gracie “ was talking ! chatting it up with her boo lover that was there .. I’m guessing visiting her”! And This is why the phone was never answered!! Terrible customer service. Not acknowledged at all!!! I walked out disappointed and went to tropical smoothie because they have these amazing Açaí bowls with Nutella!! Never coming to this location again and hope management hires better employees that really care about their customers and not just there for the paycheck or to look pretty!

Granddaughters/grandparents night out. The girls really enjoyed their creations. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It was a great start to a great night. Off to the movies!

Food is good but the service was terrible. I’m not the type to complain but I wanted to get some ice cream and later I got thirsty so I went to get a drink and no staff was there so I waited a while the I said hello and no one answered and I was probably waiting for 15 minutes for someone come up to the front and they never came so I just left.
