Limited flavors and limited toppings 👎🏼

This location doesn’t stock nearly half of what all other sweet frogs stock for their toppings. When I first moved here, I was excited to see that there was a sweet frog close by, but this location is missing so many toppings that are found at other locations that it almost feels like it doesn’t exist. The experience is lacking. Hopefully another location opens, and that franchise actually stocks the toppings and doesn’t have their flavors out of order.

Least selection in toppings out of the sweet frogs in the area. Normal sticky and dirty atmosphere but the staff is always very nice

Really enjoyed the Dole Whip.

The girls who work here are either hiding in the back or too busy chatting to even notice a customer. The machines NEVER work. Only one or two options. Compared to any other location, the toppings are depressing. They basically just open one bag of m&m’s and pour it in a container and continue with their little social gathering. Shape it up or shut it down.

Thomas provided outstanding customer service. The place was spotless, the atmosphere welcoming, and Thomas was exceptionally helpful and eager to assist. Eager to return for this type of customer service and welcoming atmosphere.

Walked in and no one was in front for atleast 10 minutes. Trash was filled to the brims and overflowing. Ice cream all over the floor. Toppings were scattered everywhere. Made our ice creams and still no employee there to check us out. A girl finally came out, with blood red shot eyes, and checked us out. We sat. Girl went back to the back and started talking loudly and gossiping with another girl in the back. Used the restroom, was disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned in a week. More people walked in and girls remained in the back room. Other customers had to yell for them to check them out. Nothing was stocked in the front. Most toppings and sauces gone. What happened to this place? So gross.

Today I took time to call cooperate headquarters about this location. There doesn't seem to be a store manager and the regional manager "only comes in sometimes." If I do not hear back from anyone, I will not visit this location or any Sweet Frog again.

This place is great! The kids love it and always have fun. We've never had a bad experience and we go here often. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

I have been comming to this location with my kids for years. It used to be a weekly occasion but it seems over the past year the quality and selection has suffered greatly.The staff is polite but the topping selection has been cut in half and is no longer providing fresh options. Only one type of popping bubbles, no Cake peices, hot fudge and Caramel is no longer offered. At best if the selection is limited lower the price, improve service or find other options. We have been to this location 3 times this year and it seems more empty and neglected each time we come. I do not know if it is new ownership or neglect but we will not likely return and find other family desert options like Coldstone or other like places. I am very dissapointed because of how great this place used to be.

amazing flavors and amazing service very quite place and calm with big Parking laws

Went in to get my desert. After I have filled my cup and got to the toppings. I found they were already starting to clean house as closing was 40 min away. When asked if they had the toppings they said they were put away for the night. And that wet with the hot toppings at the end like the peanut butter and hot fudge. Worse experience ever and will find another place to go.
