Sweet Frog is closing!!! Down goes one of our favorites dessert places!!😞

Good ice cream but for a large cost.

I took my grandkids there and it wasnt ad remember and one of my grandkids said the same

This once used to be a go-to froyo in Fredericksburg, but there is no question that it has gone way downhill in the past couple of years. Poorly maintained is a friendly way to describe this trash heap, and so many of the frozen yogurt options are frequently out of order or out of stock. Lastly, but most importantly, the literal children they've now chosen to flippantly run this place while they're on their phones and ignoring everyone who comes in the shop are the most obnoxious part of this establishment's severe decline.

We visited with the kids and they only had about 5 flavors. Two wouldn't come out and another was half melted. Not good in my opinion to not have your machines up and running with a variety to please your customers.

Sometimes they have fresh toppings, sometimes they dont. Its like a lol doll surprise everytime u go. U never kniw if the any of the machines r broken, or what type of toppings will be available. 1st I went they had no fresh fruit. 2nd time they had brownies, fresh fruit but no sugar free options, 3rd time, they had no fresh fruit, no brownies, and no Nutella, but they had pound cake. 🥴🫠

Love Sweet Frog just not this location unfortunately. They have very little froyo flavor options compared to other locations I’ve been to and very small selection of toppings.

Unfortunately they asked for tips even though you pour the yogurt yourself into the cup, and you put your toppings on there, and then you put it on the scale, the only thing they do is tell you how much it cost and the computer lets you tap your card. Card. Then it asks you for a tip. Tipping for something I'm doing myself is not appropriate and I hope they change this. Have a tip jar if you want, but don't put it on my checkout process. We'll be finding another yogurt place, we are new to the area and we're looking for a good one.

Limited flavors and limited toppings 👎🏼

This location doesn’t stock nearly half of what all other sweet frogs stock for their toppings. When I first moved here, I was excited to see that there was a sweet frog close by, but this location is missing so many toppings that are found at other locations that it almost feels like it doesn’t exist. The experience is lacking. Hopefully another location opens, and that franchise actually stocks the toppings and doesn’t have their flavors out of order.

Least selection in toppings out of the sweet frogs in the area. Normal sticky and dirty atmosphere but the staff is always very nice

Really enjoyed the Dole Whip.

The girls who work here are either hiding in the back or too busy chatting to even notice a customer. The machines NEVER work. Only one or two options. Compared to any other location, the toppings are depressing. They basically just open one bag of m&m’s and pour it in a container and continue with their little social gathering. Shape it up or shut it down.
