Sometimes they have fresh toppings, sometimes they dont. Its like a lol doll surprise everytime u go. U never kniw if the any of the machines r broken, or what type of toppings will be available. 1st I went they had no fresh fruit. 2nd time they had brownies, fresh fruit but no sugar free options, 3rd time, they had no fresh fruit, no brownies, and no Nutella, but they had pound cake. 🥴ðŸ«
Unfortunately they asked for tips even though you pour the yogurt yourself into the cup, and you put your toppings on there, and then you put it on the scale, the only thing they do is tell you how much it cost and the computer lets you tap your card. Card. Then it asks you for a tip. Tipping for something I'm doing myself is not appropriate and I hope they change this. Have a tip jar if you want, but don't put it on my checkout process. We'll be finding another...
Thomas provided outstanding customer service. The place was spotless, the atmosphere welcoming, and Thomas was exceptionally helpful and eager to assist. Eager to return for this type of customer service and welcoming atmosphere.
