Best cupcakes I ever tasted!! A coworker brought a sample for a going away party and they were gone in seconds. You’ve never tasted carrot cake like this!

Owner requested more detail about “not very good bakery”. The overpriced cupcake was dry that I had, overly sweet and could hear the crunch of the excess sugar. I also don’t typically write to much as to not sway your customers away and they make their own reviews. Also not sure what you are suggesting as far as your “sister stores”. I’m collecting points for where I have traveled since I have the time. Thanks for your great customer service.

Had high hopes when I saw they were on Cupcake Wars. I’m from the Princeton area, and we had House of Cupcakes — winner of Cupcake Wars 2011. The difference in their cupcakes and cupcakes here would make you cry. I have never been able to find cupcakes as good as HOUSE OF CUPCAKES, and I’ve been to the famous Magnolia Bakery in Manhattan. I waited in a two-block line, and they were good but not as good as House of Cupcakes. At House of Cupcakes, it’s the cake texture…it’s moist yet delicate, it’s the flavors, it’s the variety! You walk in, and it’s a wall of like 50 different cupcakes, including gluten-free and vegan. If you’re in the Princeton area, go and see what a really good cupcake tastes like before you pay an exorbitant fee for a dry, flavorless cupcake anywhere again. May as well go to your local supermarket for that. It’s a lot cheaper.

My family wanted to go out for dessert after dinner, so we tried Sweet Reasons. My husband got Oreo cheesecake. I got the chocolate cheesecake, and our son got an ice cream sandwich. Everything was delicious!! I asked my son what he would rate his dessert out of 10. He said 20 😂 ..and he’s a picky eater!! Definitely recommend.

We booked Sweet Reasons for our wedding. Their cupcakes were delicious and looked beautiful. We received a lot of compliments on how tasty our cupcakes were. They were helpful in the planning process for figuring out how many cupcakes we needed, how many flavors to go with, and provided a large selection of flavors to choose from. They accommodated both Vegan and Gluten-free requests that we made.
Day-of they did a wonderful job setting up the cupcake tower. Returning the rental tower was easy.

i got the strawberry chiffon cupcake, hands down best cupcake i’ve ever had. the strawberry cake wasn’t to sweet with the delicious fluffy butter cream! the workers were the absolute sweetest and the atmosphere is very fun, comforting, and warming. 10/10 recommend HIGHLY!

I discovered your bakery through a Google search while looking for cupcakes for my daughter's upcoming 10th birthday celebration this weekend. Based on the pictures and menu items, I was excited to try a few flavors and looked forward to visiting your establishment.

However, my experience at your bakery on the evening of November 26th, around 6:30 pm, was extremely disappointing. Upon entering an empty shop, I observed two employees and one customer off to the side. Despite moving closer to the display cases and standing near the cake viewing windows, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. Neither of the employees made an effort to welcome us or even say, “one moment.”

After waiting for what felt like an eternity, one of the employees (with dark hair) appeared to approach us. However, the other employee (a blonde, Caucasian woman) interrupted her, asking for assistance with double-bagging an order. This lack of basic professionalism and disregard for customer service was both shocking and unacceptable.

As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges of running a business. However, I would also ensure that my employees possess the necessary customer service skills to treat every patron with respect and attentiveness—after all, customers are the reason for a business's success. I left your bakery with my young daughters without making a purchase, as I was unwilling to support a business that demonstrated such poor service.

I sincerely hope neither of the employees I encountered were the owners of the bakery. I encourage you to review this incident and consider improving the quality of service provided to your customers.

I stopped in for a sweet treat with my son. The banana pudding is delicious. My son had the strawberry chiffon cupcake. He loved it. I can’t wait to come back and try more desserts!

I came in for the first time to try and was welcomed with friendly staff. Everything on display was enticing. Got their Island Fizz drink and Oreo cheesecake. My tastebuds are estatic on how delicious everything tasted. Everything is homemade as well. It would also be a nice little place to sit and do work with free wifi while enjoying some desserts. Would recommend. Your tastbuds will thank me. Might order some cupcakes to go next time.

Y’all. I bought cupcakes for my husband’s birthday not sure what to expect because we’d only had one cupcake each from here months ago. The gamble was BEYOND worth it. That carrot cupcake was not only nut-free (I have allergies) but it was the BEST carrot cake I’ve EVER had. The chocolate with white icing and the lemon were incredible too. We’re definitely going to make this our go-to for desserts!

The employees were so kind as I asked many questions (as I mentioned, food allergies) and were more than happy to assist.
