Don't order extra potatoes because they're the same size as the regular even though they charge you 90¢ extra for no additional potatoes. One extra star because they're the freshest item on the menu.

Who doesn't like some good ol tacobell
By far the worst Taco Bell within a 50 mile radius. Service and food are always subpar. Orders are always wrong on DoorDash as well. Not sure how you manage to ruin a quesadilla but they found a way. Undercooked on one side, burnt on the other. Disgraceful.

Hands-down, worst Customer service experience ever. I live in Arlington, Virginia and all the Taco Bells around Arlington are amazing. I come to this Taco Bell and the food is disgusting and the attitudes are even worse than the food. Like I always tell people, if you’re going to have the nerve to have nasty attitudes, at least, let the food be good. And neither is true here. The manager, Greg was rude, and the girl with the braids was rude as well. If you all hate your job that much, go back to college and level up like we all had to do. Don’t bring your misery and low ambition on others.

Crystal was our cashier, she was super polite and helpful, when our order came out wrong the other employee was giving us a hard time, it all got sorted in the end, crystal went the extra step to make sure we had everything that we needed and even apologized for the other ladies rude attitude
Always getting orders wrong mainly at night I have to return a order from online in the morning I asked for one thing and got the opposite other than that everything else is ok I wish they would do better at night I was there around 10pm
Drive thru
The online/app menu is never updated. Many of their new items or popular items always show up as out of stock, even though they have them in stock when you ask.

More worried about serving drive through customers rather than focus on lobby customers that have been waiting over half an hour for their orders
I forget to add one more taco at the drive thru speaker and i asked the customer service nicely if he can add one more taco on my orders after i get the window but he said you supposed to order at the speaker, i talked to the manager as well i got the same answer, horrible customer service, It was so is to make one taco and make your customer happy.
Thought this place was scheduled to open everyday at 9am. Sitting in the drive through waiting 5 minutes for it to turn 11 is bad form.

Brand new store. New staff. Everyone is very helpful. Very clean. Awesome bathrooms. Plenty of parking.
