Staff didn't know the difference between regular Gatorade and G2 and sold me a large G2, knowing I wanted regular Gatorade. Anyone saying they can't taste the difference has clearly never had Pedialyte. Also, my tacos seemed to have been waiting for me to order them as they were soggy and stuck to the wrapper. Very disappointing. Not all taco bells are bad. But this one is.

I love taco bell but this taco bell is probably the worst. My tortilla was like a brick hard to bite through. Honestly probably one of the most disgusting 5 layered burritos I have ever had in my life. It not only happened once it happened twice. I wont make the same mistake a third time I am just going to go to a different taco bell.

Ordered a crunchwrap luxe box for my daughter they forgot the middle hard shell and crammed it in a bag all messed up the beefy 5 layers were on soft shell tacos not even burrito shells.My son got his luxe box they forgot his cinnamon twists. I got a cantina chicken bowl only thing I asked for was light rice and guacamole, got light everything like 10 black beans, a spoonful of chicken and sour cream, pinch of Pico and I pass $9 dollars for the smallest bowl ever and paid $1.00 for extra sauce I never got. No straws no silverware or napkins. Very sad how noone cares what they are serving at this location, it is not the first time they messed up but it's the closest location to me.

Don't order extra potatoes because they're the same size as the regular even though they charge you 90¢ extra for no additional potatoes. One extra star because they're the freshest item on the menu.

By far the worst Taco Bell within a 50 mile radius. Service and food are always subpar. Orders are always wrong on DoorDash as well. Not sure how you manage to ruin a quesadilla but they found a way. Undercooked on one side, burnt on the other. Disgraceful.

Hands-down, worst Customer service experience ever. I live in Arlington, Virginia and all the Taco Bells around Arlington are amazing. I come to this Taco Bell and the food is disgusting and the attitudes are even worse than the food. Like I always tell people, if you’re going to have the nerve to have nasty attitudes, at least, let the food be good. And neither is true here. The manager, Greg was rude, and the girl with the braids was rude as well. If you all hate your job that much, go back to college and level up like we all had to do. Don’t bring your misery and low ambition on others.
Crystal was our cashier, she was super polite and helpful, when our order came out wrong the other employee was giving us a hard time, it all got sorted in the end, crystal went the extra step to make sure we had everything that we needed and even apologized for the other ladies rude attitude

Always getting orders wrong mainly at night I have to return a order from online in the morning I asked for one thing and got the opposite other than that everything else is ok I wish they would do better at night I was there around 10pm
