Every time we come in to pick up from the store itself, we wait another 10 to 15 minutes after receiving food just to get the drinks we paid for. Not sure why it's so difficult to read the ticket and fulfill the order.

Service is good, but it doesn’t make up for the fact my order is consistently wrong at this location.

Food is great.... service is fast!
I really appreciate the great service that I was given today, Kami I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly. You saw that my order was a pretty pricey order and you handled it so well that I decided to get another to bring home and eat later.
The store was very clean, all of the workers were all doing something, it wasn't extremely busy in side of he store, drive thru was very popular.
Can't thank you enough, enjoyed every bite.
Kami definitely went up n beyond her roll of duties to please a hungry customer. I'm so stuffed 😂
This taco bell is amazing! Super fast service and this is what a burrito is supposed to look like!! Mi hijo

rude wait staff that won't even give a cup for water. I love taco bell but skip this one.
My wife and I stopped by the Taco Bell at 4720 Mine Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22408, to grab a quick snack before heading north on I-95 to Stafford. We ordered a 7-Layer Burrito and a Chili Cheese Burrito, both priced at $2.99. I remember when the 7-Layer Burrito was just 69 cents — that was quite a while ago, but I digress.
When we received our order, we honestly thought the bag was empty. Both burritos were so small they could be eaten in three bites — that’s essentially a dollar per bite. It was mostly tortilla and filler, with barely any substance.
To top it off, they no longer offer small cups for water. So if you’re diabetic or just trying to avoid sugary drinks, you're forced to buy bottled water.
Needless to say, we won’t be patronizing this location again.

Waited 2-3 minutes in the lobby with several employees making eye contact and or walking by me. At least acknowledge that I'm standing there. I walked out after noticing a pile of trash swept and left in the corner.

Don't order extra potatoes because they're the same size as the regular even though they charge you 90¢ extra for no additional potatoes. One extra star because they're the freshest item on the menu.

Best Taco Bell in the country. I've been coming here for nearly 25 years and the employees are always friendly and food is always fresh. Not too fond of the nearly $1.00 upcharge per item you get extra sauces on, but i get todays age is expensive, just shouldnt be that costly to your consumers. Keep up the great work!
