This is going to be a weird review. I needed to kill a couple hours and answer some work emails, and Taco Bell has wi-fi and inexpensive food. I was greeted and explained my situation and she welcomed me. The food was Taco Bell - it was hot and tasty. But here is the thing that blew my mind. I sat for two hours working on emails and it was a constant flow of people ordering. The staff here is so professional and polite. I have managed people for two decades, and I can tell you someone is doing something right. Kudos to the shift manager, store manager and whoever is training and empowering the team that worked from 6pm to 8pm 4/22/25. Top-notch crew! Blown away!

Ordered through GrubHub. 4 soft tacos, the smell in the bag was nauseating. You definitely could smell the meat was spoiled. It was gray in color. Shells & cheese were hard and crusty. Will not order again.

Went to this Taco Bell location at about 10:15pm on 1/8/25.
Service was fast, young gentleman on the drive through was respectful, fast, and overall made the experience great.
Order was rang up correctly, but unfortunately my 2 cheesy Gordita Crunch’s were not supreme like I asked. The food was still great- just a little disappointing on not being supreme.
Overall, good experience. I will be back, just hopefully this isn’t an issue again!

So I ordered the 5 nugget meal and this is what I got.... that little thing doesn't even have any chicken...its all breading.
This is THE Taco Bell of Fredericksburg. I will only go to this one. Your food will be exactly what you asked for, more or less look like the picture on the menu, and it will be hot. The staff have always been super friendly. Don't waste your money at the other taco bell locations, just come here.

Food was served hot, and the tacos were a little light on the meat. A person will still take your order here. The staff were friendly and helpful taking my order. The place was clean and so no difficulty finding a clean table. The men's bathroom was clean.
Parking: Located in a strip mall, plenty of parking.
