While trying to order food couldn't hear the screen wouldn't show the order. Said the order 4 time and it's still wrong. The food that was given to us was wrong. $35 and when looking up the food that we pictures didn't match what we got. Disappointed in this.

I spent $50 on 7/1/25 around 9:30. The quesadillas weren't melted all the way or warm. The tacos, which had extra meat, were plainly thrown in the microwave (lettuce and all). The burritos, which had the Fritos removed, still had small bits in them as if they were already made (or in a warmer) and bits were picked out. The chips were tiny crushed crumbs. The young woman with facial tattoos at the window scowled the whole time. These ladies on shift should be ashamed of the food they produced. Zero pride in their jobs, no cleanliness, quality control, or customer service. Most of the food was thrown in the trash.

We were passing by on our trip back home and found this beautiful purple building. Service was speedy, the woman taking our order was very nice. But the best part. The grilled cheese burrito I had ordered must have been made by a higher power. Not only was the burrito hot and ready as I was. Not only that , it was marked properly with beef and steak. The first bite felt as if who ever was cooking gently kissed the burrito and placed it in the bag and cried when we left with it. I have never ate a better burrito in my life. It was everything I could have wished for and then some. Whoever was working on making the food on 05/05/2025 around 7:00pm deserves to be on Gordon Ramsay and a Medal of Honor for making my hunger cease for the coming future. Thank you whoever you are, you have changed a life today.

My boyfriend and I went to taco bell today for lunch. We ordered food through the drive thru and the employee that ordered our food, messed up our order and was very rude to us. She then proceeded to slam the window on us after I addressed what was wrong with the order. Taco bell needs to get their stuff straight because this is not how customers should be treated. This is ridiculous.
