I'm new to the Fredericksburg area and live in Spotsylvania but close enough that Fredericksburg is where everything is. It was late. I figured I'd make the typical fast food choice, and this so happened to be the closest Taco Bell to my location. My expectations were low as it was around 10:00 p.m. there were already two cars in the drive up normally the service at fast food restaurants degrades as the night moves on however I can say at this location specifically they were very efficient and patient and kind and whoever was on the line that night was particularly good at their job as everything that I requested was there and in an appropriate amount of proportion. Proportions have taken a huge hit over the past few years, and it almost seems like companies are trying to use fewer ingredients, still charging the same amount. At this particular Taco Bell location, that is not the case. From my experience, I will be returning to this location for all of my nighttime random craving needs absolutely. I can only imagine that their daytime and mid-shift service is just as good, if not better. I highly recommend it for anyone either driving through or just having that late-night craving.

I can’t believe I’m giving a Taco Bell 5 stars but here we are. The service here was genuinely fantastic multiple times. Now when I want Taco Bell I’ll actually go out of my way to go here.
I would give it a 5 but the last 2 times now they have messed up my drive thru order.

I've been coming to this Tacobell for years and I have to say it's the absolute Best!!! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and very attentive. Eating inside or to go I've never had any issues. The store is extremely clean and well kept not even one sauce packet out of place!!! Keeps me coming back every single week!!!
I had a quesadilla meal this morning. It was a worst breakfast I have ever had. The chicken was disgusted and I had chicken taco as well. They were gross. I couldn’t eat that. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I came in to the Plank Rd. Taco Bell and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment and especially the floors seeing as how it was raining. It looked like a young staff working which impressed me a little more! I noticed an employee who seemed to be training someone and she was even explaining the proper way to open the bag to put the food in!!! Good job guys. Keep it up!

Well, bless your heart, I must say, Taco Bell has sure come a long way since I was a young’un. I remember when it was just a little drive-thru shack, and you could get a taco for a dime! Now, they got all sorts of fancy fixin’s and them crunchy tacos are still as good as ever. I do miss the old days, though, when folks knew how to cook a real meal. But, I gotta admit, sometimes a person just craves a little somethin’ somethin’ from Taco Bell. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it hits the spot. Just last week, I treated myself to a Crunchwrap Supreme. Now, that’s a meal fit for a king! All that cheesy goodness wrapped up in a crispy tortilla... it’s pure heaven, I tell ya. So, if you’re ever feelin’ peckish and need a little somethin’ to tide you over, I highly recommend giving Taco Bell a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!!
