in my opinion this location need to train their employees on real customer service and what it means to serve the public. Not little smirks when you ask a question about your food purchase, I decided to just pull off cause I was on my lunch break. I probably won't patronize this location again

I ordered the chicken nuggets combo to try for the first time and the chicken chalupa combo with a hard taco. The nuggets were nasty and got thrown away fast. Even my granddaughter didn't like them. I've always been a fan of the chalupa but it tasted nasty as well. The only thing we kept from that order was the icee/slushies. Taco Bell is going down hill.

Today I went to the drive thru at lunch time, and the guy at the window was spouting off his political opinions to the customers as he took the money and got the food. Not the time or place for that. The food is okay, but sometimes just thrown together.

Ordered from door dash so can't say anything about atmosphere but I got my order my crunchwrap had many black spots but was not burnt I assume from a dirty grill the soft taco I got was 95% lettuce and nothing else and they gave me diet pepsi instead of regular without asking my preference (I would not have wanted diet)

It just seems that where ever I go service comes with more and more bad attitude. Not at this taco bell later in the evening on a Monday night. The young man at the drive through window was by far the nicest guy you'll come across around here. Even when our food seemed appropriately timed, he apologized for our wait. Thank you so much Bud!

Chicken quesadilla had no sauce and my Taco was a supreme taco wrapped in a normal taco sheet. What the heck is wrong with these people… I better get a refund because the quality of food was awful.
The food tasted good, but prepared a little sloppy. The staff were friendly. The sitting area was OK. Many of the tables were a little dirty. It would help if customers would clean up a little after themselves, but I never saw the staff clean while I was there. The parking was great.
