Chris was great!

My family and I walked in without a reservation for the bourbon tasting and tour, and the staff kindly allowed us to join a group that had just started. The customer service was impeccable, and the tour was as entertaining as it was educational.

Holly is amazing at what she does, and even gave us a historical yet fun overview of the Bowman family and explained how the company came to be. I am not a regular bourbon drinker, but enjoyed the tour and tasting very much.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the tour and tasting to any of my family members or friends without any reservation. Thank you so much!

Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and answered a ton of questions that another group member asked (all the questions were excellent, no complaints here about that). I believe our tour guide was Dale? (It started with a D, don’t remember 100% unfortunately).

It’s awesome to learn about a company with over 100 year history and how they do things.

Definitely a must see.

Bonus, their bright and complex gin was extremely good. Might be my go to gin moving forward.

My husband and I had the pleasure of taking a tour at Smith Bowman Distillery, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our tour guide, Chris, made the entire experience unforgettable. Her knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm for the distillery’s history and process were truly impressive.

Chris had a way of making everyone feel welcome and engaged. She answered all of our questions with ease and shared fascinating details about the distilling process, which made us appreciate the craftsmanship even more.

The tasting portion was the cherry on top – Chris guided us through it with such expertise that we left with a whole new appreciation for bourbon. It’s clear she loves what she does, and her energy is contagious.

Absolutely love doing the free tour here! We’ve done it a couple of times with different groups and for dates! Definitely worth a visit.
Their staff is wonderfully, knowledgeable and their bourbons are absolutely delicious! Don’t sleep on their vodka either, one of the best I’ve ever tasted!

An incredible tour of a very cool small distillery. My tour guide was Chris and she was incredible. Answered all my questions and made it feel more like a friend showing you around than a tour guide.
