Great experience celebrating my wife's birthday. Had one of the intimate two person booth's in a quiet area of the restaurant, although being a Sunday evening the restaurant was not very busy. Our server was outstanding. Very attentive and helpful and brought us more veggies when we asked. We enjoyed a nice bottle of the Greenwing Cabernet Sauvignon with our meal. Everything was delicious.
As always we had a great experience at The Melting Pot. Thank you for another perfect night out!
Everything was excellent, a truly magical experience. We went on our date and our table was adorned with rose petals and candles. We had a lovely 4 course meal. It was a mixture of delicious food and a beautiful spread. The only thing that was not totally enjoyed was the traditional oil, the coq au vin is significantly better.
A great social meal with friends or a romantic dinner for two? Either way the outstanding staff here will try a care of you. We had a great time attending a suprise birthday dinner for a friend and reconnecting with the other lovely time friends attending! The staff is excellent at accommodating food allergies and preferences.

I've been coming to this place for 15 years! Always the absolute best customer service. It's become a staple for my best friend and I when she is in town.
The service was amazing, the staff treated my wife and I like VIPs. The manager was extremely attentive and helpful too. Definitely a team environment there and it shows. I highly recommend this Melting Pot location for any dining occasion.
Very nice host and server. Food was good. Recommend the classic fondue. Ask for fruit only, crusty bread, and very little garlic. Salad is good. Ask for dressing on the side. Dark chocolate fondue was good. Ask for fruit only.

Our server, Adam, deserves a shout out. My husband and and I eat here for anniversaries and birthdays every year. Every time we have visited has been a great experience but Adam goes above and beyond. He is extremely attentive and anticipates your needs/possible requests. Tonight was hands down the best experience and that is saying something because this place does not disappoint. Food is to die for, atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, etc. You can't go wrong with coming here!

Fun experience with Fondue, on the pricey side but the staff does have to change pots/dishes often.
Great food Scott our server was excellent. Able to enjoy family
The interior has a fine dining feel which is nice but the price wasn’t worth the quality of the food. The sesame crusted tuna wasn’t crusted, just some sprinkles of sesame over it. The bottom of our water glasses were dirty. They don’t by default bring wine to taste before choosing a glass. We did love the alpine cheese option of the four course menu. If we went back, we’d do cheese only. Our dessert of chocolate fondue was delicious but the server drop the nuts in his tray and picked them up with his fingers and put them in our chocolate fondue pot. Friendly server but not experienced or professional enough possibly.
Very disappointed. The owner once owned another restaurant and it was outstanding. We went there because of our previous experience with the owner. But It was the most disappointing experience that I’ve ever had. The food was discussing. Just a bad experience.
We've been coming to the Melting Pot in Fredericksburg for going on 20 years now and last night was the first time we left thinking that it wasn't a fantastic experience. Nothing was particularly bad, it just wasn't at the level we've grown accustomed to as long-time patrons. For the price we paid (just under $400 for 5 of us), we were really underwhelmed by the portion sizes, particularly the amount of chocolate we received in each of our 2 pots. Like I mentioned earlier, not bad, but for the first time, not great. We'll likely look at some other choices for our next special occasion.
