The people running the restaurant are very nice, the prices are almost unbeatable, and they have some options that are hard to find at other takeout places around Fredericksburg.

I got an order of hibachi chicken and steak with a couple extra yum yum sauces. The food needed the sauce, but that’s okay. The vegetables and rice were actually the best part of the meal. The steak wasn’t very tender or flavorful, but they did pile on the meat. I absolutely wouldn’t complain to them about it.

The gyoza appetizer comes with 8 (some places do 6 and charge more). They were really good and heated up well in the microwave the next day.

It’s not my absolute favorite place, but I’ll be back. Great service and great prices make Tokyo Express III a winner.

I came here Saturday with my boyfriend as it was my first time coming here and to say I was actually surprised. Loved the food and service was good and fast. We both will be back for more of the delicious food 🫶.

It is the first time I've had breaded Teriyaki Chicken. It comes with fried rice and vegetables. Overall the food tasted okay, but it reminded me more of a Garlic Chicken vs. Teriyaki Chicken. The price was quite reasonable, but I would not get the same meal again.

We got the teriyaki chicken and shrimp and hibachi steak. Neither were good. To not have good rice is really surprising and really disappointing. The steak had no flavor and was overcooked. The veggies were mushy. The chicken and shrimp lacked flavor and the texture was bad. We wanted to try a new place but it was a waste of money. We tossed it and went to Taco Bell. I would not recommend and wouldn't even give it a second chance.

This business leaves a cone out on the sidewalk and prevents my grandmother who uses a walker to go to the nail salon next door. Absolutely shameful! ?
