They are money hungry. The waitress said the smoothie would taste gingery but it made me gag and they refused to change it.
Terrible customer service today!
Ordered a smoothie online at 11:29 showed up at 11:39 the time email said it was going to be ready 6 let girl at counter know I was there at least 6 other customers came into store ordered food and smoothies and all received their orders! I again asked about mine and was told that they take care of all customers that walk in and order first! I proceeded to tell them I did walk in 12 minutes ago! Girl said they would start making it know!
