Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I had a terrible experience with Tropical Smoothie Café, and it’s entirely due to their poor cup design. The cup has a narrow base that does not fit standard car cupholders, making it unstable and easy to tip over. As a result, the drink spilled all over my car.

This is basic, avoidable design failure. Customers regularly take smoothies to go, and a cup that can’t sit securely in a cupholder is unacceptable. I ended up with a mess, wasted money, and unnecessary cleanup because of something that should have been thought through.

The cupholder is very poor designed
They sealed the cover very well it’s not their problem. It’s the silly design.

I got one smoothie, and it cost $9.33 PLUS they have the never to ask for a tip!!! OUT OF THEIR MIND, REDICULOUS!! We won't be going back again.

Came in today 12/2 at 8:45. The lady at the counter made the best drink & was so sweet. Place was clean too!

My husband ordered several smoothies for our family yesterday at the Central Park location and all of them tasted horribly watered down! We couldn't even finish them. All six smoothies went to waste. I got about halfway through mine and the last sip I took tasted like vomit. The very next day, I got sick. Never ordering from here again. If it weren't for us ordering our smoothies to-go, I would've taken them all back and asked for a refund. Diabolical Smoothie.

Went to get dinner from this location, stood at the counter a while, none of the employees acknowledged us. Train employees to split attention from online and in-store customers.

Felt very uncomfortable the moment I walked in 7:10pm The store was empty and the staff was not occupied. They all were saying inside jokes and trying not to take my order for some odd reason.
I never leave reviews but just want other African Americans to be aware of this place. It’s very childish and gets a weird racist vibe from younger staff. Very unprofessional and if I was to be the owner I’ll be embarrassed to have that type of staff representing your location.

Walked in after my bar class by. As I looked over the menu, not a single person looked up or spoke to me even once I was in there for almost 10 minutes and not acknowledged at all. It was two hours before closing. I’ll never return.
