Not my fortay. I asked if I can redeem the free drink before purchasing I was misinformed. Very expensive, great atmosphere and awesome crew tho. My first time at this location taste wish my said one star.

I will NEVER go to the Central Park Tropical Smoothie AGAIN. I not only got my food thrown at me after it sitting for 20 minutes of it sitting there after I walked in and told them my name but those kids are rude as F*ck. Mr. Hasan if you still own/manage this one you might want to tell those girls to watch their damn attitude and learn how to treat people. This is an absolute disaster of a flat bread and will be going home to go in the trash. This is disgusting & so is the way they treated me and the couple infront of me.

Me and my gf got 2 smoothies here. Service was fairly fast and both were very tasty. Place was packed but still got in and out at a good pace. ? keep it up guys

I don't understand how a smoothie would taste this bad when I am ordering one from an actual smoothie place. Watered down smoothie. Not worth $16 for two!

As of late the smoothies taste "watered down" and the color is a very pale. The food is incredibly inconsistent and so-so. Now there were some good days, but lately I've gotten used to the disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the staff often days are nice and the interior is often clean, but the food ordered from dine in or online has lacked for a while. Also kind of frustrating when what is ordered is nothing near what you get. It is not worth the money or the time, and is no longer what I would call "comfort food."

Have to say this location needs more training. Ordered a Thai chicken wrap and peanut smoothie; got the smoothie but no wrap. Waited ~30 min, spoke with cashier and the manager at the time said she gave me that wrap. ExplainedI didn't receive it, she got hostile trying to say she's certain she gave it to me. Let's see the video to prove this I said. She had no time for that...would take 1-2 days to review. I asked for a refund; she said it cannot be done; she took my contact information and would contact me what the video would show. We'll see if I actually get this response. None the less...received no wrap and no refund. Maybe if most of the workers paid attention to their work and not "carry-on like junior high schoolers in the hallway " , things like this wouldn't happen. Take your business elsewhere.

This location isn’t the best rude staff members and ordered a smoky grilled cheese and was burnt. Same item at the Statler Square location is $6.19 & here is $8.49. The sunrise sunset was icy. Should have been put on setting 1 with 3 pumps water. Was like it was taken off blender too soon since they were busy.

Eh... The food is usually good, the place is usually packed. Today's visit wasn't smooth though, despite being nearly empty. It took 30 minutes to complete an order of a sandwich, chips and a smoothie. It wasn't fully cooked, the smoothie had chunks of vitamin powder at the bottom, and the service was lacking. It was all kids, so to be expected, but when there's people waiting for their food that they ordered and they're all in the back goofing off and chatting except for one person - It doesn't make a great experience. Maybe consider hiring more mature management?
