UPDATED REVIEW This place is usually good but this is the 2nd !! Time I had this problem while ordering delivery they keep putting peanut butter in my smoothie when i specifically asked for none I have a allegery so i take this seriously and yall should to u could cost a life !!! All u have to do is READDDDDD. Terrible

It was a horrible experience. I had asked what was in one of their greener smoothies and they said it was going to taste gingery . I asked for a smaller size so I could try it. She said no that was the only size. She was really unhelpful with helping me navigate the menu to get food with it. First the chef said to talk to the cashier. Then the cashier said to talk to the chef. The same chef said she made the drink perfect and for me to add sugar. I told her sugar would not help because it was initiating my gag reflex . I came there because my mom was getting over cancer and I thought it would be nice after our Aveda appointment. The only message they send is the customer is not important because its just another number . I would not recommend this place to any mature client with self respect that might want to try something new. And warning you that the whole point of well being is exploring and there is zero room for mistakes with their non white customers.

The smoothies at this location do not use the correct portions and are watered down with extra ice.

I recently ordered a chicken wrap. Once I got home and opened it, I discovered the wrap was missing several ingredients: rice, cheese, and more than a few black beans. When I called the store, the manager said they were out of rice. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I ordered and she said she didn't know. She also said I would have to bring back what I ordered to have another one made but without rice. Not sure how you run out of rice when you're beside a grocery store.

Always a great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The smoothies are fresh and delicious, and the food is tasty too. Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a healthy pick-me-up

I had an issue with an order so I tried to call, but nobody picked wven after 2 minutes of ringing and I was even hung up on when I tried to call again.

Don't do a online combo to have it delivered to you. I ordered a combo smoothie & Flatbread. Got the Flatbread but didn't get my smoothie. Called an the guy on the other end was rude. I use to love this location. 1st time no a happy customer today.

Great service, right off the bat with an attentive employee behind the counter. Food and smoothies were fresh and portions were good. Parking was not an issue as that there were still ample spaces available in the small parking lot. Maybe we were there during off-peak hours for lunch. Would highly recommend this location for fast, friendly, and efficient service.

The smoothies are amazing never had the food at this location but the 1 problem is there are not enough parking spots and not enough seating or a place to even stand in line and order at insane if u ask me for smoothies.
