I had to drop a quick review. The staff at this location very upbeat. Service excellent very quick.
If you haven't been to a tropical smoothie location give it a try. Menu very diverse. Always clean. Easy jn and out location with plenty of parking. Grab a smoothie and go grocery shop next door....why not you deserve it!

Rather than put multiple signs on the door and threaten people that if the door breaks it's their responsibility, get the door fixed.

We arrived to pick up our smoothies from the online order and they were sitting out in the counter and completely melted.

Staff is unfriendly and slow to help customers.

Ordered thru doordash this evening. Called the shop to ask for extra dressing on my wrap. Omg! I'm soooo glad I ordered. Genesis picked up my call and was super friendly and accommodating. My wrap arrived and it was exquisite. Super fresh, clearly they make them to order. My smoothie, the sunrise sunset, was also delicious. Temperature of the food was also on point(nothing melted or soggy). I will have to come into this location in person next time to tip the lovely people who work there. Thanks for going above and beyond for me, genesis!

UPDATE: The store is clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and delicious. If you haven't stopped by this tropical smoothie location, you're missing out. It's the best one in the area.

When we walked in we were greeted instantly I asked the staff what was their favorite drink and what they would recommend. Ultimately they gave me great suggestions and I decided on the new dragonfruit one, it did not disappoint! Store is very clean and organized!

I love this place they make smoothies that are the bomb.com. They fill me with happy feelings inside and the service is so fast that I’m already sippin my smoothie faster I can blink!! Shoutout Gabby, Gabe, and Andrea for making my experience a 100/10! Would definitely recommend to come here

this is my go-to spot everytime!! the employees are always so friendly, they greet you everytime with a smile, great recommendations, and always take the time to ask how you're doing. i feel so welcome here everytime and they always complete my order perfectly. ive never had a single complaint about a smoothie, bowl, or food here. very well raised young adults; honest, up front, kind, professional, efficient, and down to earth!

I came to Tropical and ordered a mango magic smoothie and it was very delicious. Store was very clean as well and the employees were very welcoming.

Surprisingly fire. Smoothie was fresh, hit the spot, and didn’t taste like sadness. 10/10 would sip again.
