I have never had a poor experience until now. the manager was rude and kept telling me he was busy and had other customers. I ordered my food online at 4:15pm. got it at 5:00. however it was raw dough. not even a little bit cooked. I called the store asked the manager to remake it cause I really wanted to eat the food I ordered. manager advised it would be an hour and would be delivered and was leaving the store at 5:50 . here it is 7:15 and no food. miraculously the delivery driver delivered it ... to where I have no idea. no where near the address requested. I will never order from here again. terrible service and unprofessional manager.

there’s a coupon book you can by for restaurants in the fredericksburg area. never had vocelli’s before so I wanted to try it! Unfortunately this place don’t honor the coupon. What’s the point of being in that book if you’re not gonna honor it?

Wow. What an amazing pie. Ordered a supreme pizza and had delivered via door dash and I’ll tell ya, that was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. You can tell just absolutely fresh ingredients, perfectly made. That was an absolutely phenomenal pizza.

Ordered via uber eats. They gave me a drink that’s over a month expired. Extremely disappointing cause I paid extra for uber fees and then can’t even drink the beverage I paid for.

We came off the road at our hotel late driving from Canada heading to Florida. The hotel had Vocelli's flyer on the counter. We wanted something fresh and quick. Vocelli's surpassed that. The delivery was took 35 minutes and arrived hot. we ordered the califlower gluten free pizza with traditional sauce, cheese, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. It was awesome. The flavours were excellent just enough spice, and toppings were fresh, crust was thin like we like it. It was the best gluten free pizza i have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. Their menu had so much to choose from not just pizza. Everything sound delicious on the flyer even though i have a diet restriction they offer gluten free alternatives. Would order from the again.

edit: superbowl sunday 2023Well, it seems like if you want your food to be piping hot, you need to get there 15 minutes before the time you put on your order. Easy tell was the grease had made it thru the box as well as the employee told me it was up there for 10-15 minutes when asked. Added two subs to our pizza order, steak and cheese and a veggie. Steak was a bit too thick (think gyro cut) and again extra lettuce was beyond sparse (3/5); Vinny's is the best in this area out of the places we indexed. The veggie sub was perfect, tons of toppings, great taste, one of my favorites in the area (5/5). Pizza was delicious as expected. Dropping a star until they can get their timing right.So my pizza continues with Vocelli's pickup. Both pizzas were fantastic. Fully enjoyed both. Only hiccup was, ordered for pickup at 4:45; arrived about 10 minutes early, went in to pay and the pizza was ready, sitting on top of the pizza oven boxed. Personally, I have a psychological tick about trying to eat food as close to when it is ready; but still 5 stars.
This a carry out pizza place so there is no sitting inside to eat. I have come to like this carry out pizza places more than the other ones in the area. You can get a large cauliflower crust pizza where other places do not offer this. This makes for at least a little bit healthier. I find they give alot of toppings on the pizzas as well. The pastas are pretty good for fast fast food places. I get the steak and cheese sub on ciabatta bread which is not bad either. The bread bites are excellent. I think this is not bad priced for what you get. The service is fast and you can get delivery, but I always go pick it up. The ambiance is quiet inside and fast pickup.

If I had to choose to either eat pizza from here or eat a pizza Lunchable that was thrown into mud, I'd pick the Lunchable. We've ordered here countless times and apparently we haven't learned our lesson--until now. Last time we ordered from this place, the pizza was burned as if Satan himself prepared it. We called in a complaint but they never called us back. Oh well, we forgave and forgot. Fast forward to a few months later and we ordered from them again. I honestly didn't know what we were expecting. The pizzas (colossal-sized, which are SUPPOSED to be thick) were about as thin as paper and we ordered extra toppings but it seemed like they sat in front of the pizza and imagined the extra toppings on the it instead of physically adding them on. The pizza was so thin that my six-year-old sister ate four slices--FOUR slices, consumed by a skinny, small child. Never again. Never again.

Deluxe and Meat Magnifico pizzas were excellent. I am on a carb free diet that I broke for these two pizzas. It was so worth it. Trust me.
